It’s relatively new, probably coincided with fantasy leagues adding flex positions. Dumb though The All Pro voting is way more meaningful than Pro Bowl but it’s definitely flawed and skews towards big markets and successful teams too much, and also name recognition/past success. Brown should 100% be All Pro, shame he isn’t.

I’m not watching the video but even as one of his biggest critics I’d say he’s definitely safe. His overachieving D this season is the reason we snuck into the playoffs.

2003 my favorite season too, then 2013, then 2015. -
Yeah that one was a shocker. Our win over Arizona was not as surprising as we were playing damn good football by then, we had quite a few different players in the lineup at the end of the year vs the beginning when the losses were piling up and most importantly Carson Palmer was hurt for Arizona and they were starting some absolute scrub QB who I don’t think was even still in the league like 2 years later. Pretty sure that win of ours is still the least yards ever allowed in a playoff game by a team.

No. 2 out of 4, us and the Seahawks. Bucs and Washington got beat

I'd like him as an OC, he's a bright offensive mind. But as an overall HC I don't think he's any better right now with 4 years experience than Canales is with 2 years. Sure, look at raw records if you want. But Canales inherited the biggest disaster team in the league while McDaniel inherited a very solid team that was coming off 10 and 9 win seasons, and he proceeded to do absolutely nothing with them aside from like a month and a half stretch one year where Tua was playing lights out.

"Speculation around the league" that we've reached out to John Harbaugh

Did you watch Dalton this year? Lol. Dude is the epitome of washed up, Cousins right now is 10x the QB Dalton is. I think Cousins is still better than current Bryce. Horribly overpaid and I wouldn't want him to be our plan A or B at QB, but I'd take him on a cheaper contract for a year or two easily, even if it's just to upgrade the backup position. As mediocre as Bryce has been he was good enough to get 8 wins as a starter. Dalton, I truly don't think would win us more than 1-2 games in a 17 game season based on how he played this year. Independent of Bryce/starter position, Dalton needs to be put to pasture and upgraded on badly. -
Funchess wound up disappointing obviously but he was a wayyyyyy better player than Mingo or XL, albeit briefly. Funch was a legit weapon in 2017, not a great WR1 but actually a guy defenses had to care about. Mingo isn't even an NFL player and XL clearly not a starter which sucks for a 1st round pick we traded up for. I view guys like Funchess, LaFell as being worth their draft positions and having ok NFL careers (LaFell better than Funch clearly, but who knows what happens with Funch if there was no covid). XL and Mingo on the other hand are massive busts who are just flat out bad football players.

I know he's already been linked to a few other teams' HC openings, but I can't for the life of me understand why. I don't think he's been remotely good in Miami.
