  1. Back in the day there weren't even 8 divisions. Those "in-between" divisions don't count at all. And fighter of the decade don't mean a thing when the decade has no good boxers comparatively. If Manny fought 50 years earlier he would be a nobody, not even good enough to get a shot at a title. Same goes for Floyd.
  2. Sugar Ray Robinson Jake LaMotta Kid Gavilan Bobo Olson Randy Turpin Rocky Graziano Gene Fullmer Carmen Basilio Joey Giardello Rubin Carter Roberto Duran Ray Leonard Marvin Hagler Thomas Hearns Emile Griffith Henry Armstrong Harry Greb Carlos Monzon Dick Tiger Jimmy Doyle There's 20 just in his weight class (relative).
  3. So you're not qualified to even be involved in the discussion.
  4. Yep and his style of fighting only works against chumps. The true all-time greats would absolutely demolish Floyd. Not even top 25 all-time in his weight class, and far from top 100 all-time pound for pound, let alone best all-time pound for pound as retards suggest.
  5. In post-Rice/Peterson/Hardy/HERNANDEZ NFL this would be a massive problem PR-wise, and would probably lose the league money/sponsors. Now that's not right, but it's the reality of the situation now.
  6. When did he call La'el "the next Rae Carruth?"
  7. Thanks I didn't see that on the feed on his website.
  8. Maybe I misinterpreted your use of the word "big." If you meant it like that's an "important if" then I obviously agree. I initially took it as that's a "big if" as in "it's highly questionable he'll get cleared."
  9. I get from this that Voth thinks there's no way we would touch Collins. Maybe I'm reading it wrong... I did send him an email asking him about it (don't do tweeter), hopefully he'll respond.
  10. Why is that a "big if?" Nothing really indicates he was involved. The police are questioning him but have said he's not a suspect so until they say otherwise I wouldn't think that he was involved. Seems like that was his kid and they want to determine that.
  11. He can't just "get signed" he has to agree to it. He's not signing anywhere until this issue is cleared up completely.

Wow, Wes Saxton still on the board. We should take a flyer on him. Very athletic, raw TE who has very high upside.

Bernard Blake, CB, Colorado St. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2015/profiles/bernard-blake?id=2552433 Really really really good kid who would fit in with our locker room and team philosophy perfectly. Could compete for a roster spot as a backup corner and ST player, or even to be stashed on the PS. Hope we can get him. Antwan Goodley, WR, Baylor Fast, deep threat who could come in and compete for that slot position or 4th/5th wideout. Plays big as well with great YAC and fight in him to get every extra yard. Justin Coleman, CB, Tennessee Could also come in and compete for nickel corner backup and ST. Could potentially be a longterm nickel for us if Bene moves outside again after Tillman hangs up the cleats or goes to another team. La'el Collins, OT, LSU If this kid is 100% innocent come Monday he will by far be the biggest priority UDFA in the history of the league. Would be an insanely amazing addition as a UDFA as he was a sure top-15 pick before the police investigation. Happens to be our biggest need as well, and would give us the best depth we've had at OT in years. Him wanting to get into the 2016 draft complicates things and he may put up a fight as there's conflicting reports about whether he can enter it or not. If we land him, I'm going to Vegas and putting down $1000 on us to win the Super Bowl.

La'el on Monday when he's 100% ruled out as a suspect.
  17. MLB, I could see him being a huge piece on special teams for a long time.
