And he was borderline elite @SEA. Played better vs. their elite secondary than Manning, Rodgers, and Brady all did (yes Brady put up better stats in the SB, but realize the Hawks' secondary was missing Lane, and Sherman and Thomas were both hurt significantly and had surgery after the game) and that's with a significantly worse supporting cast around him than all 3 of those QBs, and it was in Seattle (only Rodgers played against them there of the 3 I mentioned), a much tougher environment than the Super Bowls. No QB in the league could've done much better than that with Cotchery as a starter and Byron Bell as LT.

I think that may be coincidence, because when he started running again was when the line started breaking down. The line was actually fine in the first couple weeks, but then it started breaking down with injuries and teams getting more film on our horrible players (Chandler). He played really well when the line played well, and was actually in the very early MVP conversation in some media. But when the line started breaking down he really had no choice but to run and had no time to be an effective pocket passer. He was great from the pocket again late in the year when our line was solidified with Turner, Norwell and Remmers inserted (or re-inserted, back from injury).

His passing stats don't accurately represent his ability. This year will be a really big year for Cam with KB and now Funch as well as the o-line upgraded (though still weak). This is easily the most talent around him since his rookie year, if not better than then.
-
No he wouldn't be. If Hurney didn't hand out a ridiculous contract, he'd still be a Panther.
-
Uhh if he played until 2020 he'd be 2nd all time by far. He's 2,672 away from TO so if he put up 1200 yards in 2019 and played from 2015 to then he would probably have like 20,000 (still 3,000 less than Rice though...) Honestly think that he'll play even longer than the 2 years he has left on his Ravens contract. If I were him I'd want to chase #2 on the leader boards. I bet he wants to, and will try to do so. It's completely reasonable to see him being able to get another 3,000 yards.

Agree 100% brother.

Man I can't even begin to tell you how much I want to have a discussion with you face to face.

Anything short of Brady and Belichick banned for life and ineligible for HoF is not enough.
-
4 fuging games? You gotta be kidding me. Should've been more than the 10 Hardy got. He'll fuging appeal and get it down to 2 (or in other words, nothing). And Belichick gets off free? I thought ignorance was no excuse Goodell you fuging loser. Both should've been suspended the entire year in addition to losing their 1st next year. What a joke.
-
Stew behind Dallas' o-line would put up 2000 easily. But he doesn't have much left in him so I doubt they'd do it. I would absolutely, 100% do it and let Fozzy or CAP be our guy.

I think he's the one who's confused, not you...

Barron's not a free agent.

How would you know that if you've never seen him play without cheating? If he's been using a less inflated ball than allowed for essentially his entire career (which is extremely likely given the information out there) who knows how much it has affected his game? That 63% could drop to 61% and his TDs could drop and INT increase and yards drop, and less wins as well. Even if it's just a very slight advantage, it adds up over an entire career. Look at the Patriots' fumble stats over the years... And everyone would talk about how great of a cold-weather QB Brady is (and how Manning sucks in the cold)... Does the pressure of the balls not have any effect on that? Honestly, both Brady and Belichick should be banned and ineligible for the hall of fame, and their titles should be stripped, because this is the 2nd time they've been caught (and I am 95% sure they got away with filming the Rams' and our walkthroughs before the Super Bowl, which affected the outcomes of those close games).

He'd have a chance to rush for 3000.
-
He'll start at LG day 1.
-
He'll be their starting LG and their o-line will amazingly be better than it was last year. Wow.
-
The evidence supports that they did it all year, and even before that, so it's likely they wouldn't have made it to the AFC Championship game even without cheating. They wouldn't have beaten Baltimore.
-
Could anybody see Belichick and Brady being barred from the hall of fame because of cheating? I truly think that would be a justifiable punishment, in addition to both being suspended a year and the team losing a 1st round pick (or more) and being fined $500,000 (should be more but that's the most allowed). The Wells report says there's no evidence of Belichick being aware, but that's irrelevant if you look at precedent because Payton was "unaware" of the bounty sh(t and he got suspended a year. This deflated balls thing has 100% been going on for the past 10 years at least, almost certainly since Belichick got to NE, and that's in addition to the illegal videotaping. Don't see how the league can let them get away with repeated incidents of a blatant disregard for the rules by giving them just a slap on the wrist. Seems like most of the fans (of the other 31 teams) and media think the league should come down hard, and knowing how much Goodell cares about the league's image and PR, I could see it happening.
-
That won't stop them...
-
They'll throw him on the exempt list the second we sign him, investigate for about a year and a half then give him a 10 game suspension for "conduct detrimental to the league" without elaborating on it.

What...?
