  1. I've had my fair share of criticisms of Cam even before the last couple injury riddled years, but I still don't see how anyone can objectively hold that against him. Watching it, it was pretty clear that he was expecting it to bounce a certain way and just misjudged it. The claims that it was a "business decision" or he didn't care are absurd.
  2. By physical limitations, it is clearly not referring to mobility/athleticism, but arm strength. Teddy's actually pretty athletic, he just has a noodle arm.
  3. Every single Pats OL that they develop internally and leaves disappoints with their new team. Even aside from salary I'd stay far away.
  4. How brutal would it be if BB turns him into a 30 TD / 6 INT guy, even with their crap weapons... I'm willing to take that risk though, just get him outta here
  5. They tagged him last year and it was already insanely high for a guard since the OL salary tag goes off of the top 5 highest paid LTs essentially. If they tagged him again it would be a significant increase on last year's tag, forget the exact number, but definitely a stupidly high amount that won't happen.
  6. https://www.nbcsports.com/edge/football/nfl/player/9900/bill-belichick Please, Belichick, make it happen. We'll give you him for a 5th rounder, that's peanuts for a starting QB!
  7. In hindsight it was an incredible move by the Hornets and a terrible move by the Celtics. But there were a bunch of factors and I don't think anyone knew at the time that Kemba's knee was a ticking time bomb or could've foreseen Rozier becoming an elite spot up shooter like he's become here. I completely understand people being upset at the time, because as others have said the Hornets had made so many bad moves up to that point, why would anyone expect the Rozier acquisition to be any different? I think by now Kupchak has proved himself trustworthy and I won't get upset with any moves he makes until they're proven to be bad, because he's been on absolute fire the last 2 years.
  8. Come on dude, SF is not giving up 2 first rounders and Jimmy G for Teddy and McCaffrey.
  9. Burns is our most important player, I wouldn’t do this, and I don’t think the team will trade him. We have enough capital elsewhere to make it work.
  10. 49ers receive: Teddy B Texans receive: Jimmy G, 3 first rounders, Shaq, Donte Panthers receive: DESHAUN YOU fuging KNOW IT WATSON
  11. Thanks for the W Draymond. Also, Terry fuging Rozier is a core building block here and should be a Hornet for the rest of his life. He fits the 2 spot perfectly and is an elite shooter and scorer and is clutch as hell.
  12. We are so damn good this year. And our prospects in the AHL crushing it too. I'm not sure there's a team in any of the 4 major sports that has a clearly brighter future than these Canes...
  13. Let's trade him back to Hurney and Ron for a 3rd or 4th round pick.
  14. I wouldn’t read a thing into that. We don’t know what the FO told Tre or why they told him what they told him so it really makes no difference. Both sides handled parting ways with class, that’s all.
  15. Sorry but these jerseys are terrible. Even worse going against a team wearing white.
  16. A lot more goes into it. Goff and Ryan have both had stacked offenses with some elite offensive coaching at times (Goff with McVay and Ryan with Shanahan, albeit briefly). Stafford has never had much help outside of Calvin Johnson. Going by the eye test I think it’s fair to say Goff on that contract is not a positive asset to have on your team right now. Stafford and Ryan are comparable in talent with Ryan being 3 years older and Stafford’s current contract being a bargain compared to Ryan’s. I highly doubt any team would consider 2 firsts for Ryan. Odds are we’ll never find out as they’ll just keep him.
  17. Maybe 1 mid-late first but I’d say he’s comparable on the field to Stafford and 3 years older which I think would have a considerable impact on his value. Rams gave up 2 firsts but part of that price was to get rid of Goff’s contract.
  18. If it’s near vet min. with incentives I don’t see any downside...
  19. Also, we can draft any of the top 3 QBs (obv. excluding Lawrence) and still see Teddy start this year. This is actually my preference.
  20. I have a new era hat that's all blue and I swear I can't tell the difference between my hat color and the blue in any of the Nike jerseys I have... Or pro line jerseys for that matter. Maybe it's my eyes, or maybe it's just some new era stuff? I can see the difference in your picture for sure though.
  21. Pretty sure that's not allowed by the CBA but that would be fuging hilarious if we pulled that off. Watson for a 3rd round pick and $250M cash. Rest of the league then shits their pants
  22. I'd have no problem with 3 1sts and McCaffrey, that's fair value I think. But I do fear that Houston will demand more, and be able to get more, for him.
  23. Don't sleep on Fields or Lance. We have plenty of options this year and there's no chance we're going to be in play for Howell.
  24. Every report out there suggests Tepper is going all in on getting a franchise QB, with Watson being the main target for our front office. You can be in denial all you want, and I understand it as I don't agree with crippling the franchise just to go all in on a QB either, but the information that is out there supports the idea that we'll be making competitive offers for Watson. There's no reason to think we won't be players at this point. Does that mean we'll be the ones who get him if he is traded? Absolutely not, there are plenty of factors at play, and it could wind up being a huge bidding war with a ton of egos in the mix and any outcome being possible. But to dismiss it at face value like you've been doing based on some random notion that we are unable to offer enough for him to compete with other offers is completely absurd.
