Tom Brady taking what should have been Greg Olsen's spot
t96 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
I've already been losing a ton of interest in the NFL, having to listen to/see this douche on certain games won't help. Will probably avoid any game he's calling unless we're playing in it and then may still mute it. -
- 5x 1st team all pro - 2x 2nd team all pro - DROY - DPOY All in just 8 seasons. He's pretty much a lock for first ballot HoF. Megatron was first ballot HoF with 3x 1st team all pro and 1x 2nd team all pro. Zero "POY" awards.

At their peaks and in their primes Luke easy and it's not even a discussion. Total career sure give it to Lewis since he played longer and won Super Bowls but that's not exactly a fair discussion considering Luke willfully retired right in his prime like Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson and he didn't have nearly as good of a team around him most of his career as Lewis did.

Normally I'd say about 0 but Sam is terrible and Fitts has previous experience with his team throwing a 3rd round rookie right to the wolves so I'm saying 50% (voted 50-75). Also, less risk starting a rookie QB if we have a dominant OL and some solid weapons, which it's looking like we will. Dak is another example. Won't really know anything until camp though, he could look horrible and not ready at all once the pads come on. Who knows.

Yeah Fitts is 5 years older than Morgan, Dan will not be the heir apparent unless we fire Fitt and promote from within, which rarely happens.

Amazing victory. Svech's hit was bonecrushing and as legal as it gets. Best hit I've seen in years honestly. Aho was a stud, TDA too. And man can't say enough about our young Russian stud in net. Calm cool and collected there under some heavy pressure and chaos late. Love this team so much. Let's take these next 2, I'll be at the games cheering the boys on and hopefully not getting in any fights

He was overrated out of college and as a 1st overall pick but he's a solid overall DE. He had 9 sacks last year in 14 games and is a top run defender. Would love to add him to the group on a short term deal, but has to be for the right price which would likely need to be a hometown discount from him

Corral college tape vs. Darnold college tape
t96 replied to Wundrbread33's topic in Carolina Panthers
Aside from your overall point which is a good point, I like him more already just learning that he turned down Bama. Turning down the easy road is a good sign in my book -
Great backup QB, sure. But I don't think he's a great option as a bridge starter. Prefer Fitzpatrick of available QBs. But it'll almost certainly just be Sam, or hope that Corral wins the starting job. If we plan on just handing Corral game 1 start then I'd consider bringing in Foles to back him up and mentor him and just release Sam. But I wouldn't want Foles starting for us.

Lol so many scrubs and no Slavin on that list. Aho top 10 is good though

What a fuging game. Living in Boston, can't even tell you how satisfying it'll be if we can finally overcome the refs and Boston bullshit and beat these sons of bitches. Need to carry over this momentum to Wednesday.

Glad to hear it. See what McAdoo can do with a young QB. He did a phenomenal job with Eli past his prime, got the 2 best seasons of his career out of him. If it doesn’t work out, we didn’t waste much draft capital on taking a shot on a QB and Rhule and McAdoo will be gone in time anyways. If it does work out, great, we’ll be good again.
-
So cool that the stars aligned for us to get him. Best LT in the draft who wasn’t expected to fall to us and just so happens he’s a local kid and lifelong Panthers fan.

I listened to all you motherfuggers for weeks with hints here and there

I liked him too but he’s as much of a project as Willis but without the mobility upside. He is definitely mobile and has as strong of an arm as you can ask for which is awesome. I’m pumped about this pick, something to get truly excited about at the QB position for the first time in years. Not getting my hopes up on him contributing this year though. -
You got your boy! Pumped
-
Ok we can still get Howell and Baker
-
LOng snapper
-
Idk
-
Rider won’t do poo in Atlanta . Go get Willis or Howell Fitts
-
I’m convinced the teams are colluding against these QBs
-
So these QBs all really suck
-
I don’t see the issue. This isn’t a Teddy or Sam 2.0 situation. He won’t cost us anything, Browns willing to pay part of his salary. Mayfield isn’t great but he has led a team to the playoffs and had some success. As a 1 year stopgap behind this OL and with our weapons he can have some success. If we can also get Howell to sit behind him a year or two that would be phenomenal.
