Bryce Young is historically bad, and he's regressing
t96 replied to TN05's topic in Carolina Panthers
nope. baker maybe has an argument but Dalton would be a big upgrade here, in NO and in ATL -
yes, although not sure the NFL allows this stipulation. at least I've never heard of a protection on a traded pick in this league. Very common in NBA and NHL though
-
no one, Young will be a backup next year then traded for a 5th
-
and under 4 yards per attempt
-
I used to loathe Jimmy Graham but now I'm kinda impressed he's still in the league.
-
damn Derek Carr suxks, even worse stats than Bryce
-
there's no Cam and Luke on the horizon though
-
Curtis Samuel was a solid 3 and occasional fringe 2. That last year we had him he was absolutely incredible and crucial on 3rd downs all year. But yeah nowhere near Moose
-
WOW! That's the Sanders we signed, nice of him to show up after the season's already over and HC fired.
-
idk he was pretty atrocious that year under Wilks
-
yeah honestly. hope we can swindle some team who wants to bet on his upside and that they can fix him, like we got swindled by the Jets on Darnold. And Josh Rosen fetched a 2nd and 5th. I'm absolutely ready to move on from him and blow everything up and do a proper rebuild.

less than 2 yards per attempt on 16 attempts. Incredible

Cut Tuttle
-
He’s been broken by this shitty franchise. There are some things he needs to own but his confidence is absolutely shot and it’s not surprising considering the level of incompetence running this team and lack of talent around him
-
There are at least 25 QBs in the league for whom that’s a TD every single time.
-
It’s even worse than Reich, somehow
-
Fire Tabor

Bryce is so fuging bad
-
Find 1 thread I’ve made suggesting we sign Cam since we initially cut him. Good luck
-
Lol. So all players and coaches from this team’s past can never be thought about or discussed again? What a fuging ridiculous post. You’re on a Panthers forum, the team is 1-11, there is a piece of news about core organizational figures that just came out. Don’t want to join in then don’t click into the thread
-
ok then, "BY9Franchise"
-
But the position he plays is more replaceable than most other positions and he's due a big contract. I agree Brown is a great player but one that it could make more sense to trade for picks than to keep. I view every player on this team right now as being expendable. We don't have a single elite blue goose player that should be untouchable. Which is a damn shame and the best reason Fitterer should've been gone by now. Ron/DG/Hurney got us several of those guys.

Look at the talent Allen has had around him his career vs Cam's. Opens things up quite a bit for him to run more and have better passing stats. Allen isn't better than Cam was at any aspect of the QB position.

Longer Bills article for more context: https://www.golongtd.com/p/the-mcdermott-problem-part-iii-let But I agree it's somewhat confusing and poorly written/worded. What I think it's trying to say is that the reporter talked to a current Bills assistant who was also an assistant in Carolina (Shula, Holcomb, Washington?) and the assistant told this reporter that McD would rip on Cam in meetings in Carolina and that same attitude has framed how he's "treating" Josh in Buffalo right now.

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/sean-mcdermott-reportedly-bashed-cam-194537786.html It's basically the offseason for us so I figured this was worth some discussion. I had never heard this before and honestly not sure I buy it. But an interesting anecdote about a guy who had a big part in our best stretch in team history...
