I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that he’s the greatest athlete of any sport that I’ve ever seen. We’ll see how long he can keep it up and if the team around him can continue to have them contending as that will decide his ultimate legacy... But no QB I’ve seen (even the other modern elite guys like Rodgers, Manning, etc.) can make the plays that this guy consistently makes. It’s insane how good he is.

Consider that the Chiefs made the playoffs in Mahomes’ rookie year and were even in a position to rest starters in week 17, so Mahomes got his first start. Mahomes dominated that game playing with backups and Reid and company still went with Smith in the playoffs, where I think they were 1 and done. If Teddy does start and leads us to the playoffs, he will start the playoffs. Highly doubt any of that happens though.

Chiefs D is pretty underrated this year, they have a great pass rush and some good corners and Mathieu is an elite defender and leader of the defense.

Yep but they do have some good pass rushers. I think the difference will be coaching. Reid and Bieniemy will be able to scheme around their backup tackles. Shula just kept throwing Remmers out there 1 on 1 against Miller despite him getting wrecked consistently.

I think Remmers will redeem himself this SB and have a clean stat line today.

Frankly, every team in the league with QB questions should be making that call. Doesn't hurt at all to at least see if there's a chance...

We lucked out there, but the angles they showed on the tv broadcast were not clear enough to overturn it. Not sure if the refs had other angles to use there or not, but one could definitely infer that it was likely offsides. I'll definitely take it.

Weird dude, not only the Brady jersey for SBs but that fuging guy went to the Panthers game in NE in 2017 with a Brady jersey under his Panthers gear...
