this is just such an incredibly lazy narrative. Brady went to an absolutely stacked TB team and Arians already had a successful HC stint with Arizona despite not having a franchise QB there. Belichick was the only reason the patriots won their first 3 SBs and still a huge reason they won their last 3 (especially the last one where brady had 2 TDs and 3 picks in 3 postseason games). His record without Brady is skewed by most of it being with Cleveland who had tons of issues and at the tail end of his coaching career after the league had evolved and started passing him by. Reid has had a significant hand in making Mahomes the GOAT. He had incredible success too without Mahomes despite not winning it all. Sustained winning seasons and playoff appearances with Alex Smith, Donovan McNabb and even a post-prison Mike Vick. Ridiculous to diminish his accomplishments because he's had a HoF QB on his team.
