  1. Wow, what a phenomenal game! Loved watching Peyton and Eli and credit to the Raiders, gutsy win. I like Gruden too I hope he sticks around.
  2. Peyton and Eli are fuging great. So much better than every damn announcer out there.
  3. Just got home and tuning into Peyton and Eli -- to those who have been watching them, how has it been?
  4. I somehow forgot about Bouye. He'll actually be a big boost for our secondary once he's back.
  5. I'm not ready to freak out, but he made 2 very short ones that he should be expected to make, missed an XP and wasn't trusted to kick a 51 yarder... That's definitely cause for concern at the kicker position. Hopefully he can turn it around starting next week.
  6. That's Super Bowl Champion Donald LaFell to you.
  7. Paradis was good yesterday and he was good last year. He's not amazing by any means but not a problem spot.
  8. YGM was great, he made a ton of good plays. 1 blunder on the 2 point conversion doesn't negate all that.
  9. I know we're all down on Thomas lately but he actually had a mostly pretty good game. Was solid in the receiving game on very few looks (and was wide open in the end zone when Darnold missed him) and did have some other nice plays as a blocker. Tremble was also good as a blocker. Arnold didn't show much but, again very few looks. Clearly Brady doesn't utilize TEs in the passing game much. I'm fine with rotating these 3 guys like we did yesterday, none of them are great at this point but as a whole I don't think the position is a massive weakness or anything. No reason to get rid of Thomas.
  10. Miller is a better option than those 2 at guard, once he's available.
  11. I honestly didn't even notice Erving out there -- which is a very good thing. Although maybe it was just because Daley and Elflein were so bad that I couldn't see past them
  12. As an overall team, yes. But when judging individual matchups that isn't really relevant. The Detroit Lions were a poor opponent for a decade yet for every single corner back in the league, while Megatron was there he was the toughest matchup you could get. Not comparing Corey Davis to Megatron obviously, but he's a legit #1 WR. Not an easy matchup to go up against him at all. But I'm not sure how much Horn was covering Davis vs. other receivers. The other receivers are trash so if he was matched up against them a lot too then your point stands.
  13. Not sure how much he was matched up with him but Corey Davis is not a poor opponent, in the vacuum of WR/CB matchup. Davis is a beast and clearly Wilson can sling the ball. Our pass rush helped too
  14. Hate to say it since I love the motto and Sam, but I've never been a fan of the Keep Pounding chant. It just doesn't sound natural at all...
  15. Still OL. Offense's biggest problem today was the line, not Joe Brady. Brady could do better scheming around the weakness there, yes. But there were too many plays disrupted by the OL sucking, and despite McCaffrey's good YPC we couldn't get much going in the run game early to open up the passing game and take some of the pressure off of the OL in the pass rush -- McCaffrey willed his way to a lot of those yards.
  16. After they initially didn’t call him for anything and gave KC bench a 15 yard penalty...
  17. Watching US Open, it’s better than these 4pm matchups.
  18. Just a devastating sack there, wow. Brown is a damn force.
  19. Haven’t seen a replay... where the hell was Horn on the TD? I know it was a scramble play but how is Davis that wide open and only guy anywhere near him was Chinn?
  20. Burns was held on that play so blatantly. Let the damn D play
