Agreed. I loved the NFL being unique in having so few team make the playoffs so pretty much all the games were competitive at least on paper (especially having 4 teams with first round byes). It's turning into the NBA now where there are just stupid mismatches in the first round, and that's not a good thing at all. 14/32 is still better than 16/30 in the NBA but it really should be 12 teams not 14.

Mahomes had like nothing in the 1st quarter now has nearly 250 yards and 3 TDs.... holy poo this guy is ridiculous when he's on. I think Chiefs get back to the SB again. Hopefully vs. Packers
-
especially since there was no chance they were gonna beat the Bucs in TB in the next round. Rams/Cardinals will have a decent shot (most likely LAR)
-
Lol dude fumbled twice on the same play
-
Rams Packers NFCCG incoming

Games like this show why the NFL is stupid as fug for expanding the playoffs. Money over integrity of the game though. Eagles don't belong here, and with 14 playoff teams every year there will be more and more poo teams making the playoffs and putting a horrible product on the field
-
oh my. Wonder what the biggest playoff loss Belichick had before tonight, can’t imagine it was more than 10-14ish
-
Daboll is gonna be a great head coach. We should’ve fired Rhule to snatch him up
-
You missed my point. Teams coming off an all time great season who barely came short of winning it all don’t fire the GM/coach. That is completely ridiculous and if that happened a fanbase would run their owner out of town. You have the benefit of hindsight. At the time it would be regarded as the stupidest decision ever. And McD hasn’t exactly accomplished any more in Buffalo than Rivera did here...

Has there ever been a draft without a future pro bowl QB in it? I don’t think there has been... and yes I know pro bowl isn’t an amazing qualifier but point is no matter how bad a draft may seem at QB there will always still be at least 1-2 guys who wind up being solid starters at worst
-
It was a textbook underthrow actually. His other plays on that drive were solid
-
Sweet pick but they were still letting the pats drive with ease, and their offense is not good. I like the Bills and overall they're a solid team for sure but I don't think their D is nearly as good this year as it was last year or in McD's first year. Might be their achilles heel against an elite O like the Chiefs later on.

We were 1 year removed from 15-1 season and a SB appearance when Beane and McD left. Hindsight is 20/20 but at the time it would've been completely fuging retarded to get rid of Rivera and Gettleman, we'd have been the laughing stock of the league.
-
Bills D isn't that good. That was embarrassing
-
That roughing the passer is exactly why I'm losing significant interest in this sport.

I think that’s a catch and fumble and will stand. Looked like a drop on initial viewing

Raiders/Bengals don’t care. Go Panthers north tonight obviously

Report: Watson and Flores could link up in New York
t96 replied to FuFuLamePoo's topic in Carolina Panthers
Fair, but we still can... initially read your post as if you were suggesting he was available when we hired Rhule -

When could we have hired him? -
Ok but the chart is specifically focused on rushing yards. I don't really know why it was relevant at all to post this chart. Everyone here already knows Cam is way better than Darnold at running and that Rhule is a fuging idiot but this chart and thread just make no sense. If we had a relevant chart to this year then by all means.
-
Note the dates too though, it's 2011-2014 for Cam, basically right in his prime as a runner. OBVIOUSLY Cam is still in another world compared to Darnold and Rhule is a frigging retard for his comments about them being able to do the same thing. But Cam is also nowhere near as elite as a runner as he was in that timeframe. He's still great and one of the best red zone/short yardage weapons in the league, but just not as insane as this outdated graph shows.

It's hard to believe but Tepper makes Richardson look like Eddie DeBartolo. Never thought I'd miss him but he'd actually be a welcome sight right now compared to Tepper.

Blackburn had 1-2 pretty solid seasons. Not amazing but at least not a weakness for us for a bit. Been terrible under Rhule though.
