Foreman is not the answer, Chuba shouldn't even be on an NFL roster. RB is a devalued position, yes, but we need a massive upgrade there to have a run game to support our rookie QB. Should be able to get a legit talent on day 2; as someone who doesn't follow college football until the draft gets closer, who are some possibilities? Now that our season is officially over (it was over weeks ago but with the CMC trade it's official) all I really care about is the draft and the search for the next HC. So which RBs should we look out for as possibilities?

Puke. Should’ve just kept him if that’s all we could get for him. This team sucks
-
The Falcons are the best team in the division, we ain’t beating them
-
I think we could easily get a 2nd for him

I think Smitty has an argument for being the GOAT WR. He absolutely dominated in a run first offense his entire career. If you swap him with Rice I honestly believe he puts up the stats Rice did or better. I love me some C Mac but he’s no Smitty.

such a shame, dude has a lot of natural talent he's wasting.

NFL: Pats relationship with Mac Jones "gone sideways"
t96 replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Marc Jones is not a franchise QB who will ever win a SB as a starter. Almost worse to have a guy like that mid/long term than to have trash at QB like we’ve had. Hard pass, we gotta start working to find a true young franchise guy in the draft. -
Sounds like Scott Fitterer will continue as Panthers GM in '23

Since Ickey is a stud we can no longer use “can he play LT” -
NFL Shocker: Texans part ways with Jack Easterby

WTF, just when I thought Tepper couldn't possibly get any stupider this comes out. What a disaster this team is under Tepper. I honestly do wonder if he's intentionally running it into the ground so Charlotte/NC don't give him money for a new stadium and he can move the team. The soccer thing was so he can divert the blame saying he wanted to be here long term but the city/state gave him no choice. What a piece of sh*t this dude is. -

Tepper should take a hint with our former communication director who is apparently now running things on the football side for some stupid reason. -
I mean there’s a decent chance it’s a conditional 7th, I.e. not much different than just cutting him. Glad we found a taker but cutting him would’ve been the other option for sure if we couldn’t find another team to take him. He wasn’t gonna be on the roster after yesterday anyways
-
Very nice, it was inevitable that he’d be gone today, better to get something no matter how small than to just cut him.

Titans are getting a new stadium.... Your move Charlotte / NC

Don’t be surprised when Tep moves the team -
I'm all in on the Harbaugh train. I hated the guy with a passion when he was with the Niners but man the dude can coach and we need to get back to winning. Harbaugh with a franchise QB in the NFL would win multiple Super Bowls, I honestly believe that. Still would be tough to get a franchise QB but given time I think he could find himself a prospect he likes like Mahomes with Reid.
-
If we got Payton or Harbaugh and that's who they wanted at QB, sure. Otherwise, hard pass. QBs on massive contracts, which he'll get, rarely win it all. And his style of play has me seriously concerned longer term. Not to mention there are concerns about his play, as we've seen with some of his struggles the last 2-3 weeks after a hot start.
-
One can only run so many routes where he's wide frigging open and the QB never looks his way. Don't get me wrong, I'd prefer he be like McCaffrey and be intensely into it 110% of the time, but not everyone is like C Mac and Luke and TD that way. DJ is a phenomenal receiver who has been criminally misused in his time here. I don't blame him for being upset in a lost season. I'll be ready to judge him or call for him to be traded if he pulls this stuff while we're competitive or when we have a promising rookie QB who we are building around. I doubt we'll see it in that scenario. But McAdoo and the coaching staff are to blame here, not DJ.
-
He's good to continue the tank while also having gotten rid of Rhule sooner than later. Also, I never thought he was a great DC but he's a very good secondary coach and leader when not running things. Doubt he sticks around in that role under a new staff but I'd be cool with keeping him if he would and the new staff wanted to keep him.
-
we're not gonna win obviously but having just 1 timeout here and not using any in the first half are mindbogglingly bad coaching decisions
-
of air yards, no not even close.
-
give Eason a shot to throw there you idiots. Lol

The Rams are not a good team at all this year, and we're getting dismantled by them. There's no hope for this team, this year or going forward under Tepper. At least we've got the Canes...
-
yeah I think that's a first in Panthers history
-
again, it starts at the top. Rhule was a symptom of the real problem -- Tepper. Tepper has instilled a horrible culture here and it's trickled down throughout the entire organization. I feel bad for Wilks, he's a good coach (not a good HC but he has earned a role in the NFL). Not sure why he signed up for this.
-
that's some dirty poo. Rams can go fug themselves, they may beat us but will still be in the dumpster this year, fuging losers
-
am I blind or did that dude waive for a fair catch and then still run with it? fug these refs
