Every time I watch our offensive line just fall apart, I remind myself how "boring" it is to draft offensive linemen, and how much more fun it is to watch our team lose while drafting really exciting guys.

The best part of this game so far is Steve Smith and the Defense.

You don't help the guy by having a poo offensive line and crappy play calling. We'd make Justin Fields, Lawrence, and Wilson look bad right now. I'm not the guys biggest fan, and he certainly isn't doing himself any favors on that last drive, but Christ, how many QBs do we need to physically murder, let down before we get this poo together?

Well that drive was a comedy of errors. Sam gets murdered on 2 of 3 plays, and forces on the the other. Do you know why you run in the NFL on 1st down more than any other down? Because 2nd and 10+ REALLY limits your options. This isn't rocket science. Throwing so much on 1st down kills drives, and limits your offense. Then you ask your QB to do more and more to save you.

Don't like the 3rd down call at all. I don't want a draw there, I want a dive up the middle, or a power run behind our best blocking linemen with a lead blocker. Something quick and hard. Then we have a chance to settle this kicking competition and we don't do it.

It's 2021, outside of the Internet you don't need cable. That being said, the NFL is draconian when it comes to streaming. There service should be like the NHL, where you can pay $115 or so for a whole years worth of streaming any game you want to any device.

Jeff Davidson definitely should be a top nominee for worst coach. Jimmy Clausen seems too easy as the worst player, but I can't think of any other that was as bad as he was.

West Coast is more than just the passing game. It's also the philosophy of getting less men in the box and making it easier to get a hat on a hat in the blocking game and making life easier on your RB and OL. Huge fan of the West Coast offense, but I honestly wasn't very impressed with our offense last year, especially on the ground. I thought we lacked creativity on the ground and in the air, but honestly our play calling for our backs made me miss Rivera and Norv Turner. Honestly our whole offense was better under Norv Turner IMO.

Well our LBer position was thin with or without him since he could never get and stay healthy. Shrude move by Fit. May not get much with these day 3 picks, but the more swings you get the better your odds.
