MedellinHeel replied to JawnyBlaze's topic in Carolina Panthers

the problem with our O is not speed. it is play calling and our shitty OL. -

Round 1 - Carolina Panthers Select Shaq Thompson
MedellinHeel replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
We needed an OLB. Outside of Luke and TD we do not have another great LB. In addition, TD is going to be retiring soon. -
Ok lets switch some things up 1st - OLB Shaq Thompson 2nd - OT Donavon Smith 3rd - SS Jaquiski Tartt 4th - RB Josh Robinson 5th - DE Za'Darius Smith 5th - CB Justin Cox 5th - WR Kenny Ball 6th - DT Joey Mbu 7th - WR DeAndre Smelter

I think people make too much out of LT and RT. Truth is both need to be good pass blockers and capable run blockers.
-
anyone know of another youtube vid of Humphries? all i can find is the FSU game.
-
Brown was not close to Hardy in terms of route running, seperation, hands, and production. Hardy was the ncaa all time leading WR if I am not mistaken.
-
I guarantee he doesnt last to the 5th. Every offense needs guys who can get open with reliable hands.
-
I think its kinda of sexy as well haha
-
thanks. tried to make it realistic, answering our needs with quality players.

Round 5: S Kurtis Drummond MSU Rangy DB with a knack for the ball. Round 5: RB Buck Allen USC Good all around back. Should be able to contribute soon. Round 5: CB Damion Swann UGA Versatile underrated player who has some decent measurables and produced on the field. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ue152W1PIs Round 6: DT Joey Mbu Houston Good potential and depth. Round 7: WR DeAndre Smelter GT Injury concerns but when healthy this dude is a darn good player. Very athletic.
-
Round 1: OT DJ Humphries Florida Prototypical LT. Needs some refinement but the ability and potential are there. Round 2: DE Preston Smith Miss St. Good size and athleticism. Nice depth and insurance for when Johnson leaves. Might be a stretch thinking he will still be on the board here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=witcwqeONwI Round 3: WR Justin Hardy ECU Perfect guy to put in the slot that just knows how to get open with sure hands. Round 4: OLB Jordan Hicks Texas Solid career at Texas. Finished last year with like 138 tackles. Solid athlete. Rounds 5-7 tbc.....

good prospects in here.
-
Who do you guys think are late round gem's? People projected in the 5th or later.
-
DG only fug up as a GM was franchising Hardy last year.
