Super Bowls used to be won by defense, that has changed now. Offensive head coach is the way to go now. Panthers have always had defensive head coaches and never had back to back winning records. If you have a good QB that can carry the team, then yes, a defensive coach might help. But we need someone to teach a rookie how to play in the NFL and will not get a head coach job somewhere else.

As I said way back in training camp, without Corral getting reps in practice, and going on IR. We don’t know what we have in him. With a good OL a young QB can flourish. But we will have a new coach and he will want his QB. if we could run with Corral, we could run the draft. We could trade out, or take Anderson to play with Burns.
