  4. Just so you know, spin class is eerily reminiscent of giving birth. Lots of sweating, screaming, harsh language, and odd facial contortions. Then when it's over, you can barely walk.

  11. I'm 5'3 barely lol and am at 110 now. Not sure what my cal intake is a day. If I had to guess probably under 1000?

  13. Ok, question. I'm trying to maintain my current weight but I don't think I'm eating enough calories. I'm afraid that if I do, I'm gonna ruin what I've done. I eat a lot of lean protein, veggies etc. I can't bring myself to eat many carbs. What can I eat??

  15. I completed 6 miles in spin class today. Should I have been more tired, cause I really wasn't.
