I don't care how you use him you don't build around RB.. You can't have a Rb taking that much of your cap because the position in most cases has a shelf life..

It don't matter What Marshall reason was for being traded.. You don't know if CMC still wanted to be here.. And the league knew CMC contract was a anker around our necks.. For months he had rumors of being traded.. So there is no added negotiation leverage in this like you think...

You asked a question and the simple answer is Marshall Faulk got traded for way less with No injury history In a time where RB had higher value And making less on his contract... And Marshall Faulk is the same type player as CMC... The fact they got a Haul for a RB (with a big contract and injury history) in 2022 is pretty good..

This I agree with.. Finally rebuild the right way and stop looking for short cuts.. Get the right coach.. Foundation is DJ the Oline and the young parts of the defense... Get the QB and more weapons in the draft (Wr, RB, TE) .. 2024 can add some vet spark to the defense... Contender 2025 beyond..

Both.. But Richardson was traded a year after he was drafted.. Not 6 years into his career..
