Ppl thought Wills was a top 10 pick... Or did I dream that?? Ppl are acting shocked that only 1 QB made it in the 1st round... Or am i dreaming that now?? Yes this class was hyped up by some media some YouTube scouts and alot of fans..

Pre draft Clausen got hyped up like this class did (Most pro ready QB) .. But the league accept (Hurney) made their opinion on him.. As he dropped to the 48th pick.. Just like these QBS are.. So what is different here?

Clausen was a similar prospect to the QB this year.. That's why he wasn't drafted until the 2nd round.. Like most of these guys.. And between the ears?? I hope so not a high bar to climb.. But Reality is none of the QBS in this draft match Darnold physically.. And that's the reason they aren't seen as nearly the type of prospect he was..

Not worth arguing over but Sam is bigger and stronger then the QBS you name.. And its obvious he was seen as a better prospect then them as well.. Not a endorsement on Sam it's just a bad QB class this year..

Remember this isn't Cam's blood daughter and nor is he married to her mother.. Which alot ppl have opinion about.. But he still treats, take care of and acknowledge this young lady as his.. He treats her no different then Choosen, Sovereign or the other 3 kids that are his biological kids.. He also pays for her mother 3 houses cars and all the kids care while being in their lives like the parents are still together.. The media makes it seem like he is misogynistic bad guy Especially to women.. But Reality is he's a great father great co parent great provider and great in the community...

Again Just my opinion.. Game speed, experience, verbadge is already a hurdle for the rookie QBS.. If they don't have the edge on the mental stuff that Sam sucks in.. Physically nobody in this draft is going to look better than Darnold on the practice field..

My problem with that thinking is.. 1. If we are in position to get a QB in next years better QB class.. Where does that leave Malik?? 2. No security in coaching staff isn't good for Malik development.. 3. Sam being a bad QB will force Malik on the field way before he needs to be.. We're just not a good situation for him..

I'm sorry but I disagree.. With Darnold having a 4 year head start on experience and pro game speed.. And none of these guys are going to physically look better then him.. He is bigger, stronger, faster, and has better arm talent then most of this class.. There only going to beat him on decision making and reading defenses and that usually takes time to do...

He'd be a top 10 pick.. And I think his 2021 wasn't bad at all and he should have gotten credit for losing his surrounding cast and still being productive.. The fact he loses both his RBs last year and decides to be the teams running game.. 800+ rushing yards and 10 rushing TDs.. Should be commended..

I agree.. I also think the kid has better intangibles and more of a leader then alot of QB in the league.. It's just him being so raw talent wise not dominant physically and not playing in a system easily transferable to pro football game..

Corral isn't beating out Darnold in TC.. So Corral won't see the field until Darnold inevitably starts sucking. Maybe week 6 or 8..

And a great situation.. He needs to go to a team with secure offensive coaching staff and a established vet starter with 2 to 3 years in him left to play.. Examples. Rams, Colts, Broncos or Chiefs...

Jmo .. Ppl are going to be surprised when Ridder and Howell get picked before Wills and Corral.. And I think 2 are career backups 1 is a 2 year project.. And 1 is the best Qb in this bad draft..

We really need a discussion how the media builds up these kids then poo on them when they don't hit their standards... There was no reason for that kid to be in the green room last night when most team knew what he was..

Why because ppl told you this?? His college numbers and production don't say the same story.. The fact he play in the equivalent of sandlot football system in Liberty don't say that... You and other have let workouts, media hype and desperation flaw your view.. To the fact that this kid is a major developmental project that will take Atleast a year or 2 before he is ready to be on the field consistently.. Let alone being a franchise QB.. This whole process did this kid no service.. He will take flack for being overhyped and pushed higher and faster then his talent actually says he should.. Especially if it's TRUE what teams really think about him compared to what the media and fans do...

I like Wills the kid but some of you ppl have really let the media hype and workouts inflate him as a prospect...

Again I don't know if they do it or how many of these guy do.. Or when these guys turn in their final mocks.. I don't know how the whole tracking accuracy of mock drafters thing is in general.. Is it like March Madness tourney brackets or not I don't know..

I didn't want to say because I don't have solid proof .. But I swear that site changes there mocks while the draft is happening or changes right up till draft starting.. Where everybody has figured out the 1st 10 picks... But I could be wrong..

As long as we don't trade future picks and still get a guy who can compete to start at MLB.. I'm cool..
