Biggest upgrade is experience.. The experience of the staff will be more of a help then anything else done this offseason.. Rhule's major mistake was having so much inexperience on the staff.. Added to his inexperience was a major mismanagement...

I'm also noticing Rhule is the name brought up most when Oline decision happen and not James Campen "the Oline Coach".. Who most here like and was highly respected around the league.. Why is that?? Its clear Campen is making the Oline decision now...

We know Corral played for a Mickey mouse offense in college that didn't prepare him for NFL transition.. Something he has admitted himself.. All the QB you name were 1st round "drafted" QBS in a better QB draft.. Difference...... These QB before the draft were considered projects and that why they fell to the 3rd ..
