My argument is you couldn't do both.. You can't have both be inexperienced.. You can live with either Experience OC/HC (Andy Reid, Sean Payton) and Brady.. Or Matt Rhule with a Pat Sherman, or Norv Turner type.. But your whole staff can't be a bunch of friends with no nfl experience.. For @CRA Which is a reason I thought Rhule should have been fired last season... But he's not ... SO hopefully he's learned with the new hires and Fitt getting more roster control.. So we can enjoy football again..

No he wouldn't have.. It was clear he has no experience as a play caller or could adapt to NFL defensive coaching.. Once they had tape on him we were done..

He still should take blame for him "wanting to try something new" with Brady instead of getting a more experienced staff to counter act his inexperience as a pro Head coach.. College coaches Micromanage everything Pro Coaches Delgate .. He should have been fired for not knowing that.. But Hopefully he has learned..

Yes that would have been way better.. My only problem with this plan is Brady thought he was better then he was .. Remember he was going on HC interviews after 2020.. I don't think he felt he needed a internship situation..

At this point you would have a problem with the toothpaste he uses.. It's clear Brady couldn't handle the job and Rhule micromanaged because he knew it.. Mcadoo is a different story and has more NFL experience then Rhule.. So just like Snow Matt won't be Micromanaging Mcadoo, Campen, Snow, Tabor or Wilkes and Pasqualone..

I have no clue what the plan is for PJ or Sam.. But I'm also not disparaged enough to care this early in the process... I also Trust "Mcadoo" enough that I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt on "his" process... Plus we are in week 2.5 of Hopefully a long career for Corral and I listen to the analysts and the league and understood this could be a longer process to develop him and that's okay for a 3rd round pick..

Pickett 1st round pick and by most analysts opinion is day 1 ready.. So ofcourse their is a different development plan.. But Reality is he is still splitting alot of reps with Trubisky and Mason Rudolph.. Are you up in arms that he isn't getting enough reps.. Tenn has a secured starter with no competition.. So Malik is getting reps because they are the only QBS planned to be on the roster.. ATL have only 2 QB.. The 3rd is a guy making the transition to TE.. So Ridder is getting more reps.. The situation each team is in dictates different development strategies.. Shouldn't it??

No personal attack.. But your analogy is terrible.. 1. Football coaches usually get more than 1 bad year Especially if he started during a pandemic and a big rebuild and has a huge contract.. 2. Once a house falls down due to the house builder negligence.. That House builder doesn't exist after that.. And ppl go to jail.. 3. We're not paying to build this house.. In your analogy you are sitting outside the fence jeering the construction company on every door knob and faucet they put in the house... No the point is other then "I can see this because I've watch football for 50 years" and By my watching football I can see he isn't good" Instead actual data and information to Express why this move or that move is wrong...
