Actually, I'm perfectly comfortable taking backlash for standing up for free speech. and I'm not upset that people find it offensive. They wouldnt be upset if I found something they do or say offensive

to be fair, Winston is nearly sure-fire talent wise. His only problem is interceptionitis. But he will still burn plenty of defenses with his smarts. That said, he may still bust between the interceptionitis and the off field issues

If Wilson means what he says, then good for him and I'm praying God helps them do what they've promised Him. If he's lying, the I hope God publically exposes his guilt to humble him. This isnt a promise someone makes for publicity. It's a commitment that I learned first hand God takes very seriously. I know none of that will make me popular. But if Wilson wants to put Christ's name out there on such a huge stage, he needs to understand that Christ will hold him accountable to his commitment.

compete for a wild card berth sure. but they arent division champ material this year. that will be between the other three teams. i think the Panthers will be class of the division. 5-1 division record with only loss coming against the Falcons, perhaps in their house this time. i think the Falcons and Bucs will split, the Bucs and Saints will split, the Falcons will sweep the Saints, and we will sweep the Saints. the Saints wont be in contention for much more than a wild card berth this year. and even if they get one, methinks they'll be one and done. its going to be really tough to get in this year though. there are teams all across the NFC making strides this offseason. Dallas, New York, Philly, Carolina, Atlanta, perhaps Tampa, Green Bay, Detroit, perhaps Minnesota, Seattle, Arizona, St. Louis, and perhaps New Orleans. thats 12 teams vying for 6 spots. naturally 4 of them will be division winners, but still, thats 9 teams vying for 2 spots. and frankly, almost all of the other 8 teams will be better than New Orleans this year. i think they finish 7-9 or 6-10 as the odd man out. division stacks up something like this: Panthers 10-12 wins Falcons 8-11 wins Bucs (wildcard within division) 4-9 wins Saints 4-7 wins. division winners probably will be: East: Dallas North: Green Bay South: Carolina West: Seattle that leaves the following teams vying for 2 wild card spots: New York Philly Atlanta Tampa New Orleans Detroit Minny AZ, and St. Louis Most, if not all of those teams will be better than New Orleans. i just dont see them contending for anything by week 15. they'll be in the race before that, but it will be pretty hopeless by week 15. SIDE NOTE: damn the NFC will be competitive this year. Panthers better bring their A game every week :/

it won't this year. The Falcons will have to win at least 10 games to have any hope of winning the division. 10 games will be the Panthers floor this year

the 2015 Saints are much different than the 2013 Saints you are referencing there Sanjay. A lot changes in two seasons

Maximum responsibility. I could care less if everyone in SC flies the stars and bars proudly. I could care less if the KKK, ISIS, or the Neo Nazis fly their flags in public. No one has the right to not be offended. We ALL have the responsibility to LOVE our fellow man, regardless of what beliefs or heritage they adhere to.

this had better make the news. it probably wont. but we should flood social media with this. have you ever heard of another NFL team doing something like this? so proud to be a Panther fan today! continued prayers for the families of the victims. it was truly amazing to hear a few family representatives publically forgive that monster for what he did.

​where did you find these stats? or did you calculate them yourself? im just curious because i often do analysis that covers only parts of seasons. if you know some place where stats like this are readily available, i would be in your debt.

​i dont think one position is that important with this team as stacked as it is. remember, we had 7.5 wins last year with a horrible OL struggling defense, injured quarterback, and mass exodus at receiver. its not a stretch for me to believe that with an above average line at 4 of 5 positions, a stacked receiving corps, stacked TE corps, stacked RB corps, and a healthy Cam Newton (something we've never really seen before - bothered by the ankle since Auburn remember?), that we could be a 12 win team or better even if Oher is only slightly less horrible than Bell. In other words, if Oher can play like his early Baltimore days, we are in good shape and our offense will have nothing but Mike Shula to worry about. seriously... Mike Shula worries me so much more than Mike Oher does at this point in the offseason...
