  1. Darnold needs to be benched. Bring in Cam. Bring in anyone. Play Morgan. I don't care. I'd actually feel comfortable putting Darnold on the practice squad because nobody is going to poach him.
  2. Intentionally injuring a player. Last one to do it so blatantly obvious to a Panther was Aqib Talib and all it got him was a super bowl ring and a 25k fine.
  3. Wouldn't have mattered for long. Hospital ball would have taken care of him.
  4. Probably wants to use the antibody treatment or Ivermectin.
  5. Stupid. Just so fuging stupid.
  6. Never said he was legally liable as an actor. I said he was responsible for the weapon in his possession. According to reports, there had already been 2 accidental discharges on set which would make one think, hey I need to be extra careful. It would have taken a couple seconds to release the wheel on the revolver, visually verify they are dummy rounds and close the gun. His legal liability as a producer has yet to be determined and that's likely where his liability will come into play. What he knew about the armored and her experience and safety conditions on set will most definitely be scrutinized. I'm a huge proponent of gun safety and think complacency is the biggest danger surrounding gun ownership and use. It's terrible this happened when it was 100% preventable, but man, you just never take anything for granted when you're holding a functional weapon.
  7. Any time a gun is put in your hand, you treat it as if it is loaded. He pointed the firearm at people not in the movie and pulled the trigger. At the very least, that's extremely poor judgement. I didn't say he was liable. I said he was responsible for his actions. He pointed a weapon loaded with an unknown (to him) ordinance. There were live rounds on the set along with blanks and dummy rounds. When the gun is in your hand, you are responsible. It takes a couple of seconds to visually verify what is loaded if you didn't watch the gun get loaded in front of you. You always have to know what is in your hand.
  8. He absolutely did. Whether you think it's loaded or unloaded, you never point a weapon at anything or anyone you don't want to destroy and you most certainly don't take for granted a weapon is "safe" unless you have unloaded it or seen it unloaded. You always treat any firearm as though it's loaded even when it's not. That's basic firearms safety 101.
  9. Von Miller traded to Rams for a 2nd and 3rd. Adrian Peterson signs with the Titans. So we likely aren't trading away a RB and a big name defender went for a likely late 2nd and 3rd. So if we tried to move Djax, that's probably a comparable value.
  10. Brady is the GOAT qb and he has valid points about protecting yourself and the receivers, but let's not BS ourselves. He is the most protected QB in the league by the league and it ain't even close.
  11. Don't consider it a hospital ball because of the angle of the defender. If he had been running directly into him, yes its a hospital ball. Watching it, it's a perfectly timed hard hit in a perfect spot to rock Robbie.
  12. A few of us were saying this a couple of weeks ago. Cam made sense just from a backup perspective if Darnold got hurt because PJ was taking us nowhere.
  13. Okudah may never be the same after that injury and if we could somehow package Dante and a pick/mid tier player for Sewell I would do it.
  14. At least he recognizes there's an issue and is seeking help to fix it. Too many times for too many people this ends badly and just gets swept under the rug and forgotten about.
  15. If I ordered a can of stickum, think Prime could have it there by the 3rd quarter?
