Finding guys that can go from college to the pro level is getting harder and harder. I really think they need a developmental league outside of college that can help players develop into NFL capable players.

Carson Green from the Texans practice squad looks interesting but not sure I'd want to have to put him on the 53 right away. He's a tackle but I'd he could play guard it could be worth looking into. Another would be James Ferentz from NE. He's played guard and center with a couple of starts but again, that 53 roster requirement is a bitch.

I don't know man. TBIs are a funny thing. My wife has one and it took about 6 months for the gravity of it to hit her. Another one could leave her crippled and we all know once you have that first concussion, another is easier to get. I have no doubt Luke loves football, but reality may very well have set in for him. Brain injuries are a sobering thing. I've had 4 concussions myself and I've often wondered when or if they will catch up to me, especially now after her permanent injury.

At this point I believe Fitt will somehow turn our 1st into multiple 1sts, a 2nd and some magic beans that will grow a new LT.

True, we could get a 5th rd comp for Gilmore or if we let DJax walk we could end up with a 3rd or 4th. Either way, we traded away a 6th in 2023 for a 2 year removed DPOY and a better draft pick unless we decide to keep both.

If Tepper isn't paying attention, he should be. Turf is a monster for injuries and trying to win an NFL championship is going to be a lot harder when half the team has soft tissue injuries, torn ligaments and foot injuries.
