  1. It's hard to overcome any QB that won't throw it within 5 yards of the 1st down marker.
  2. I value ESPN's opinion less than Fat Alice.
  3. Just call them the assholes. It fits with pretty much 90% of Washington anyway.
  4. Even a broken clock is right twice a day
  5. What makes it even worse is if we had just stayed put we could have snagged McCoy right before NO. Kept our 1st 3rd for Winovich and used our 2nd on CGJ (we needed a safety). And the worst part is everyone here knew Little was a bad pick except for Hurney. It's mind numbing how bad his 2nd and 3rd round picks were with a couple of exceptions.
  6. I thought that was a really manly looking pregnant woman for a second
  7. This trade might actually be more impressive than getting a 3rd for Benjamin. At least he showed something at one time. Little never showed anything more than practice squad.
  8. I guess Marty wouldn't even give up a 7th for him. No faith in his gut.
  9. I always wondered how you get eye herpes. I guess it's from reading Chucks posts.
  10. Sometimes a player is more than his stats. You can't measure heart on a stat sheet and Mills had one of the biggest there was. He made everyone around him better. That, combined with his stats, I think he gets in. There needs to be some recognition for that.
  11. I'm not minimizing the effectiveness. I'm saying 5000 people getting together for a concert shoulder to shoulder is foolish even if the majority are vaccinated. People out here are acting like it's not a big deal and it is. Ignorance in large numbers is still Ignorance. While a lesser % may actually get really sick, just the sheer number being foolish increases the chance of more being hospitalized.
  12. I wasn't talking about "natural antibodies" so I'm not sure what you're referring to with what I posted. If you look back, my post was about careless behavior leading to a spike in cases. Acting the fool isn't just limited to unvaxxed people.
  13. His point was more that people think the vaccine is making them invincible and they're not.
  14. Friend of mine is head ICU nurse at a hospital out here in PNW and he has more vaccinated than non in ICU. He said people are acting like the vaccine is a free pass but this delta variant is some scary poo and doesn't give a damn if youre vaccinated or not.
  15. At this point cut him and bring in someone else. It's not like he's going to get better and I'd rather see someone like Bortles as a backup if the contract is right. I'd like some actual competition at the backup position
  16. That o-line needs some nasty we haven't really seen since Norwell.
  17. It's not really picking on Little, it's pointing out the monumental stupidity that is Marty Hurney's "gut". There's a difference between taking a swing and going all in for broke. Little didn't look the part during combine. It wasn't even close to pretty. He looked horrible. You can't trade up for a guy that can't even get through the drills without looking like it's his first time on ice skates. We couldn't invest in the o-line in that draft because we wasted 3 day 2 picks on Hurney's gut. We could have stayed put, taken McCoy like half the Huddle knew at the time, used one of the 3rds to pick up a guard or 2. He plays guard if Paradis is good, if not, he moves to center. Then there's Grier. Did anyone then or at any point during the month before the draft when we knew Grier was going to be our comp pick, think that he was starter or backup material? I sure as hell didn't. And Hurney refused to trade down because we had to have Brown. Brown's good, but our line is shambles. There were 4 prime tackles available and we ignored them all to stop the run. What good is defense if your offense can't score? No matter how good Brown is if he's on the field all the time he's gonna get tired and we still won't be able to stop the run. Yeah, we hammer on Little because he was a reach and he hasn't improved at all and everyone but the "gut" saw it. But for fug's sake, Hurney shat his pants like he drank 2 gallons of that poopin' juice they give you before a colonoscopy and couldn't make it to the toilet. That's the textbook example of how not to build an offensive line.
  18. Gotta watch out for the pale ale
  19. Gotta watch out for the pale ale
  20. Having your friends always call to help them move because you have a truck and enclosed trailer so they won't need a uhaul.
  21. Probably just adjusting from college level to NFL. The best players in college he faced are now average or less NFL guys.
  22. I think there's accomplishment voting when it's not deniable like TB12 will be and then there's some it's this guy's turn voting. That's why I think he may not get in first run through. There may be some voting that end up saying others have been waiting. Not that their merits are greater than Smitty, just the length of the wait, that's all. I kind of see it all as multifaceted process.
  23. I don't disagree with what you're saying, it's just hard to predict how these guys will vote sometimes. I think he's a first ballot without a doubt, who knows what's in the kool-aid on voting day.
  24. The only reason I say not yet is there's too many ahead of him right now. They really need to expand the amount of players that qualify to be let in. There's just too many deserving on the list right now and it's causing a log jam
