    My fear is the Eagles trading to 7 for Horn. We so badly need the Niners to take Mac. If they do we’re good. Pitts and Chase go 4 & 5. Dolphins could trade back too then. Sewell, Fields, Horn... 1 is there for us

    Nah pretty sure they made it DURING the Wilson pro day. As soon as Wilson’s medicals checked out with the Jets, I’m guessing the Niners felt comfortable making the move up to 3.

    There’s still a small part of me that thinks maybe the 49ers have been so hush about taking Fields because they didn’t want the Jets to second guess their decision.

    It’ll be interesting. They won’t jump the gun and take Horn without listening to offers. I’m confident in that. What is the floor pick wise you’d want in return to fall back from 8 to 15?

    As much as I want Horn, I think I’d rather see Fields drop to 8 so I can see what happens. Does Rhule get the trade done and submitted before Tepper drafts Fields... I hope Rhule has BB on speed dial

    DJ had us taking Simmons last year in his final mock. Simmons wasn’t in the final discussion at 7 last year. It was Brown or trade back and Simmons wasn’t a trade back target either

    Did I miss something about them saying they planned to pick up the option? All they’ve said at least publicly to my knowledge was that they’re focused on the draft right now

    Picking up his 5th year option before the draft when we don’t have to makes no sense. It only further tips their hand that they’re potentially bluffing on drafting a QB at 8
