Give me a kid who’s been tested before and has come out on top Had Bryce gone to some random school like Kansas he’d never have even been drafted

Those X accounts that spent all offseason showing the same 5 Bryce throws to try and convince people he is elite should probably just delete their accounts at this point

Ward has the arm and athleticism to get away with that whereas Bryce absolutely does not

I bet McDaniel could turn Bryce into a decent enough QB. He did it with Tua. We’re never going to land a coach like McDaniel. Maybe we can flip Bryce to the Dolphins and steal a pick

After whiffing so hard on the Young pick if we have the 1st overall pick again my guess is they go with the more traditional pocket passer in Beck this time over the playmaking Ward due to the Young/Stroud disaster. Beck is no Stroud and Ward’s playmaking skills would actually translate to the NFL

Well he throws a better deep ball than Bryce so that immediately gives him an advantage over Bryce in Dave’s system But yeah more so for entertainment and quite frankly I’ve seen enough of Bryce

Jack showed real progress throughout the preseason We already know Bryce can’t play why not at least give Jack 10 games or so? Truthfully we have nothing to lose

Well lucky for us we can just look at him to see if he was actually working out and it’s clear as day he didn’t do sh!t. Guy has next to no muscle to begin with so it wouldn’t be hard to see his little newbie gains if he did take working out seriously. I people saying to give Bryce a 3rd year and that there isn’t a QB worth taking. Imo we absolutely HAVE to take QB. Inject some sort of energy/life back into the organization and fan base. There is no way you can sell Bryce to this fan base or team for a 3rd year

Let’s talk about the fact that this defense that couldn’t stop Derek Carr once was destroying our offense for the better part of camp Canales talked about not taking a lot of deep shots in camp because Evero’s system does a great job at limiting that. Then immediately Carr hits a bomb to start the game Yes this team is bad BUT Bryce Young is honestly so bad he makes everything look so much worse

The same way he played at Bama 90% of the time He still plays like he’s playing in college. He dropsback and sits there for 4 seconds or so and just wait for someone to get wide open No OL in the world is giving him the time he had in college and Young isn’t capable of adapting whatsoever because he lacks the tools to do so

There is no way Canales is one and done. You absolutely have to give him a shot at it with a QB of his choosing. Unless Canales actually sold the FO on being able to turn around Bryce then he’s not the guy I want anyways. For someone that’s supposed to know their sh!t about QB’s I’d like to think Canales knows Bryce is a lost cause and that he gets his guy next year
