Yeah I often look at other charts just to see and it really is pretty typical. Pull up Prescott’s charts and they’re not impressive. If posted Dak’s without context people here would think their Young’s Here’s Mahomes and Young’s chart against Detroit Again, I shat all over Young the first few weeks but I’m not blind to see the progress he’s making. Add in the fact his “supporting cast” consists of 33 year old Thielen being his WR1 and it’s been encouraging.

Thomas Brown if he turns this offense around
*FreeFua* replied to Frank9999's topic in Carolina Panthers
Oh yeah if this goes well Frank is a goner. His seat is already pretty hot and Tepper wouldn’t let firing Reich get in the way of losing Brown -

Here are Stroud’s charts against the Saints and Falcons. Nothing crazy. Had Bryce faced NO and ATL games 4 and 6 instead of 1 and 2 I’m sure his personal results would be better Bryce has done some really good things the last two weeks. Outside of Geno against Detroit and Josh Allen against Miami those teams have held QB’s in check. Young’s numbers were pretty solid stacked up to all the other QB’s they’ve faced. If they can get Bryce someone that he can form a deep ball connection with it would drastically change everything. Everyone was worried about his ability to throw over the middle of the field and that hasn’t been a problem at all. I’m semi excited to watch these next few games after the bye. Overall the Panthers are trash but I’m not completely blinded to the fact Young has done some good things lately.

He’s going to get extremely lucky. Teams like Arizona and Tampa on paper looked like they’d be going 0-17. Denver is an utter mess right now and might not win another. I figured at worst this would be similar to when the Bears traded for Fields and the Giants ended up with picks 5 and 7. If that’s what Chicago ended up with imo given they’d need a QB that was a massive mistake by Poles. Now luckily for Poles it looks like they’re going to do much better.

Ideally we flip Burns for a WR like Jameson Williams who’s on a rookie deal. That would help solve some of the problem. Our defense is trash whether Burns is there or not so spare me
-
You’re welcome.

I’m probably eating the 13ish million in dead money and cutting Donte and Ian to free up 8 million in cap space. We really don’t have that much cap space like people think we do Miles - 8 mill cap hit Shy - 8 mill cap hit Hurst - 10 mill cap hit Obviously if Burns doesn’t get traded he’s getting tagged
-
Both Bell and Woods are under contract. No idea why this guy keeps making threads while leaving out a bunch of stuff
-
So much has to go wrong to end up with a top 2 pick. There is no way Poles was honestly gambling on that but he is going to get bailed out And we’ll see about Caleb. I just watched him stink it up against ND. He trust his arm way too much. Some are beginning to wonder just how much of his game translates to the NFL
-
I mean you’d think it would be a no brainer but look at Chicago. Ryan Poles is going to get bailed out big time due to our incompetence. Fields clearly ain’t it and he just passed on these guys. There are a lot of bad teams this year and there’s still 11 games left but if Chicago misses out on Williams and Maye by a game then that’s a massive mistake by Poles. I got hammered for suggesting Chicago do just that because I too thought it would be a no brainer to reset rookie clock and try again

Reich handing over playcalling to Brown
*FreeFua* replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep agreed -
No team in the NFC south is averaging more than 19 points per game
*FreeFua* replied to GoobyPls's topic in Carolina Panthers
Had we started with Seattle, Detroit and Miami then got Atlanta, NO and Minnesota we’d probably be 2-4 -
Reich handing over playcalling to Brown
*FreeFua* replied to UNCrules2187's topic in Carolina Panthers
If wins don’t soon follow Reich will 100% be fired at seasons end. -
Right. A RB is pretty damn dependant on the line in front of them. Minus maybe a few select VERY special backs. So again, why they felt the need pay Miles who isn’t special is beyond me
-
And then the Eagles replace Miles with Swift for pennies
-
I mean whoever our GM is they’re going to be part yes man but maybe the next guy can hit on 25% of the decisions he’s being paid to make. Fitterer has hit on literally 0
-
I agree and part of why he’s still here is because he’s part yes man but he’s literally missed on everything. Enough is enough he has to go
-
The money spent on some of these guys that carry void years is ridiculous Chark and Houston each have cap hits of over 3 million next season Then we have the ridiculous contract given to Shy f’n Tuttle
-
You’re missing free agents
-
Same. Every time he’s gone deep the ball seems to land out of bounds and in a way that I’m not sure it would even be possible to come down with it inbounds. I guess there was that one throw to Chark against the Vikings that was grossly underthrown that he kept inbounds and it drew a flag

Yeah CBS showed a replay during the broadcast and you can see Hurst was trying to get front pylon and Young went back pylon. Hurst wasn’t able to get to the front pylon so I’m thinking back pylon was where it was supposed to go
