  1. Carson Beck can make any throw. Couldn’t have walked that ball over better 60 yards downfield
  2. Yeah but at least Ward’s pressure to sack rate only 7% I said somewhere else Sanders percentage was probably pretty high which it is at 24%
  3. We could draft a QB 1st overall in 2025 and I’d want him to sit a year Bring back Dalton and let him watch Dalton play a year Mahomes went 10th overall. He sat. I think the Pats are doing it the right way with Maye sitting.
  4. I don’t think Bryce puts in any work either to be honest. I think once they move on from him you’ll start to hear some of that stuff come out. Bryce didn’t spend any time in the gym this offseason among other things I’m a big Nuss fan. I could see him going ahead of Ewers. I could also see him going back to school since he hasn’t played a ton. It’ll all depend on whether he plays himself into the top 15 range I think
  5. Bryce Young is basically a PR robot version of Johnny Manziel
  6. Lol talking about college again As if getting to sit back behind a Bama OL had nothing to do with it. Could’ve put a lot of QB’s on that Bama team and they would’ve put up crazy stats too So much was made about Young leaving and how he carried Bama his final year and how there would be a huge drop off with Milroe but that didn’t happen at all Anyone who watched last year and was still finding things to blame other than Young clearly has no idea what they’re watching.
  7. Yeah I think they made the correct call You can’t say “well the call on the field is a TD so there’s nothing there to reverse it” when the only reason it was called a TD on field was so they could go look at it
  8. Ward Sanders Beck Nussmeier Ewers Then you still have Dart, Allar, a wildcard in Milroe No excuse not to draft a QB in the 1st 2 rounds in 2025 Then they sit behind Dalton in 2025. Even a 1st rounder. Sit him
  9. Lmao says the Bryce Young stan sit this one out
  10. Or at least change the name to 2025 NFL draft thread for the 6 of us that post in here
  11. If Robinson didn’t blow that should’ve been 6
  12. Jones with two good throws there on 3rd and 4th. Actually wasn’t his fault this time they’re going to lose Brian Burns with a whopping 1 sack through 4 games. That contract looks awful
  13. Just trying to think back Carson had who in Cincy? Chad and TJ Andy had AJ Then Carson had Fitz in AZ Andy hasn’t had much since leaving Cincy. I guess he had Lamb in Dallas but he was a rookie
  14. I was coming into this thread to say Carson Palmer: Dalton: Exact same completion percentage. Both left Cincy around same age.
  15. Yah I agree there was obviously a lot more bad last year but Dalton throwing for 361 really should’ve raised more alarms after it happened. Bryce honestly should’ve sat from that point on last year
  16. I’m also thinking Nussmeier might not declare. I think he has a crazy raise as this season progresses but if he’s not guaranteed top 10 maybe he goes back and solidifies himself as QB 2/3 next year behind Arch. Battles Nico
  17. Oh gee my mistake. Runs like he’s 36 Also doesn’t change my point at all
  18. I think some of these GM’s feel pressured to take the guy the media pushes as a can’t miss prospect Caleb Williams and Bryce both had red flags coming out but the media ignored those and claimed Caleb was a generational talent Imagine passing on one of these guys and the media actually turns out to be right for once. You’re toast. Poles and Fitterer can at least say they took the guy the majority of teams would’ve taken first
  19. The situation last year wasn’t bad 100% of the time though. There are so many plays last year that were similar to this year where Bryce simply didn’t throw the damn ball. Dalton did the same thing in Seattle last year as he did in LV this year. He proved it wasn’t as bad as Bryce made it seem I think both Bryce and Caleb Williams are so used to hanging back there in the pocket for so long that the speed of the NFL game is really going to take some serious time to adjust to. The problem for Bryce though is that he lacks the physical tools whereas Caleb doesn’t. That ball Dalton threw to Thielen isn’t a pass Bryce would ever attempt in a million years and that’s the problem
  20. We aren’t winning the Super Bowl this year This staff keeps pushing the whole developmental thing so having a 36 year old WR out there while our 1st round rookie WR that we traded up for sits on the bench doesn’t do us a ton of favors long term Jeez, 1 win and some of you completely change course. Tepper is the same way
  21. Beck Ward Sanders Nuss Ewers McMillian Burden Hunter Campbell Banks Graham
  22. Agreed Now that Dalton’s playing there really isn’t a reason for Thielen to be out there. Like you said, we really need to see what we have in Mingo (especially) but XL as well
  23. I really didn’t understand what the rush was to pay him This is only year 4 for him. Had this year and next years team option. They could’ve watched this play out a little longer. Based on his first 3 seasons it would’ve been a bet I felt safe taking
