So is this a Bryce issue, a Canales issue, or a non issue?

Yeah… going back and forth with you is pointless. Presented with actual relevant analytics and its… ”eyes don’t lie” well when you have no idea what you’re watching they do -

Yep a 24 year old still trying to figure it out himself 3 seasons with 3 totally different WR’s to start each year. 2 different systems Then like you said a bunch of young pass catchers that are trying to figure out things themselves. Bryce is older than both Coker and TMac. This is such a young group TMac and Coker understand the game though. Understand soft spots in zones. Understand coverages. Spacing. Route running. These are the types Young excels with. It’s why Young was able to extend the careers of Adam Thielen and David Moore. I’d like to see us add a legit deep threat still though and a pass catching TE so Young can take advantage of the MOF which is something he’s proven he’s more than capable of -

And since week 9 Bryce Young is 8th in EPA+CPOE composite Like I said he’s been playing like a top 10 QB and I’ll go with the stats that actually matter versus the same 4-5 “expert” huddlers that have been exposed countless times -

Actually I can Let’s take the 2022 Vikings for example they were 8th in PPG and 7th in YPG but their offensive EPA was 18th and they got bounced immediately in the playoffs Or how about our defense in 2023… We were 4th in yards allowed but 26th in defensive EPA Since the GB game when Coker got his snap count up Our offense is actually 13th in EPA from weeks 11-16 they’re 10th Our defense on the other hand is atrocious -

Because passing yards is such an irrelevant stat to use but it’s to be expected from the few usual suspects on this board Eagles 29th in passing yards but they were: 6th in offensive EPA 3rd in defensive EPA And Jalen Hurts was 5th in EPA+CPOE composite -

And imo that’s why we saw Bryce revert back to bad Bryce to start 2025 He ended 2024 looking really good BUT then to start 2025 he had a whole new WR group TMac (rookie), Tremayne, Renfrow saw a lot of snaps Legette is Legette. Even David Moore getting hurt honestly hurt Bryce So it took awhile for BY and TMac to build chemistry and then Coker coming back has made a huge difference as well -

Bryce Young has been a top 10 QB since the GB game when Coker was back in game shape When things around him become more consistent so will he -

In the box score it goes down as 40 But the throw itself is 50 which is what the person said he couldn’t do It’s truly impressive just how ignorant and clueless some of you are. Clearly have never touched a football in your life or have the slightest clue as to what you’re talking about. -

The ball was thrown 50 yards. If you can’t see that then there’s truly no helping you And if you ever been to a game you’d know Bryce warms up working his way back to the 50 and launching balls to just inside the end zone -

And if you’re having to throw it 40 on a rope that means you were late as hell to recognize it Whatever arm strength BY lacks he makes up for it with his ability to throw with anticipation People act as if there’s these broken plays every game where these QB’s throwing it 60+ yards with a high success rate or something https://youtube.com/shorts/iBZY75KLCwE?si=R4R1U27Xs-qdSGzd 50 with ease -
Pierce is going to get PAID 20 per for sure

I’m convinced he’s just trolling at this point

Week 7: Coker comes back plays a little Week 8: Dalton in Week 9: GB/wind Week 10: Bryce finally has Coker back. He’s built some chemistry with TMac Prior to Coker coming back we were trotting guys like Tremayne and Renfrow out there We’re in dire need of a legitimate deep threat type WR. Mid round type speed guy. It would do wonder for this offense -
He can’t catch. He’s so focused on trying to catch the ball that he can’t even begin to worry about where his feet are Catching is hard enough for him. Catch and toe tap? No chance He truly has no idea how to use his hands. It’s actually insane.

Dave Canales love affair with Xavier Legette is going to keep handcuffing this offense next season Find someone in middle rounds that is fast and can catch and draft him and move the hell on from Legette
-
You’re talking about the ball the hit TMac in the hand correct? It’s the same throw to the one to Coker. Bryce threw this ball perfectly as well. TMac does a good job at giving Bryce space along the sideline to drop it in. Which he did perfectly

Todd Bowles is losing his locker room… Canales meanwhile
*FreeFua* replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I agree, I think he knows he’s gone I also think Baker’s shoulder is pretty messed up. He kept it on one play and practically took a knee before getting hit. Healthy Baker would never. It was extremely frustrating watching them run all game long when it was pretty obvious they had to due to Baker’s shoulder -
Are you though?

Of course you don’t…

I don't know what the eff Dave Canales was thinking
*FreeFua* replied to TD alt's topic in Carolina Panthers
Dave really struggles after the first series and coaching with a lead or in this case a chance to end the game with the ball As much as it’s not good for sanity during the game it’s honestly better we’re constantly playing catch up. Canales opens it up a bit more and it allows Bryce to get into rhythm which is when he’s at his absolute best
