Washington Football Team finalizing deal with Marty Hurney
imminent rogaine replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Can we trade future rights to Luke Kuechly as a player? They give us draft picks and if Luke ever returns he is a member of their team? if so, I think we can get at least a 4th -
Trade back. It really looks like there is a ton of talent here in the 2nd and 3rd that could go a long way in patching holes in the roster.

First order of business: make Chase Young the highest paid player in the history of the NFL. Second: trade up to 3 to draft a running back. -
I like trading back because there are some corner and LB prospects I think are good in the middle rounds. This one had Wilson sitting there at 8 so I just stayed out and let it ride. 8. Zach Wilson QB 39. Wyatt Davis OG 73. Creed Humphrey C 105. Adrian Ealy T 136. Ben Cleveland OG 170. Dashaun White LB Royce Newman, G/T, was sitting there. I’d like him late. I also like Dashaun White, LB, but more as a hopeful Shaq replacement and not an MLB - he is pretty good in coverage.

Isn’t he a free agent? He is better than teddy. Maybe we should consider him if all else fails.

Good call. That was about the time when everyone in NC started moving around more too I don’t think it necessarily just because Of the holiday.

Duke is surging w covid admissions. Units are all filling up and spilling over to backup units. These are from the rise in activity around Mother’s Day. I’m not looking forward to seeing what it looks like in another week or two.

I saw a report that in Winston Salem people are actively trying to get Coronavirus. Their “logic” is that the sooner they get it, the sooner they can get over it and get back to life, I guess it’s like wisdom teeth surgery or a vasectomy.

It spreads from unknowing carriers via respiratory droplets. Hence the mask. It’s not hard to understand.

People who are curious to see what polio And smallpox feel like

I all these municipalities are Going to be requiring face masks in public. I’d say a good half of the pictures they use in their media show people wearing masks incorrectly. I propose that we get to taze people who can’t figure out how to cover their nose when they wear a mask.

States creating factions based on region and economic proficiency. Disagreements over states rights. I know there are some out there just itching to whip out the stars and bars.

Models use constants to predict the future; if you change the variables, you scrap the model. If we change tactics and go back out, it will just spike at a later date. We won’t have flattened anything, just delayed the spike. The only way hospitals aren’t at capacity is because they aren’t doing any normal procedures. My wife’s neuro icu department is now fully covid. All of the other departments have filled up and spilled over. I agree that a return to normalcy has to be controlled and measured and has to happen at some point. I just really doubt anyone’s ability to ensure that it happens safely.

Well I meant aggressive and conservative in terms of how we “attack” virus mitigation. Good one w shanahan. 28-3?

We are about to pull a Ron Rivera and Co. w the Coronavirus. Jump out to a big lead with aggressive offense and defense then at half time we switch tactics and go 3 and out every series and play prevent while the opponent makes a comeback.

They are working on a system that will decide who gets the limited ventilators. I say we finally bring back the BCS system.

Proper fitting N-95s w eyewear would. PAPRs would. But even outside of that, healthcare workers are getting sick, and they are going to keep working. If they were all wearing masks, the sick would be less likely to share with the healthy.
-
CDC is recommending healthcare workers just cover up w a scarf or something If they don’t have a mask. Kind Of reminds me of WWI when they told the troops in the trenches that if they pee on some flannel and put it over their mouths, that the chlorine gas wouldn’t kill them. Lol. Hope you guys don’t have a loved one in healthcare. I do.....

Getting first hand accounts from a major N.C. hospital that they are and have been refusing To test a huge number of people that are showing symptoms and have traveled. This includes healthcare providers. They are also prohibiting these same workers from wearing masks because it makes others panic.
-
Wife is an icu nurse practitioner. Says that people including providers are being denied tests even when displaying symptoms and having traveled. I think this just changed but up until a day ago, travel to Europe was a requirement for some reason. Doctors in Seattle just contacted them for an update on what to expect. They said they are seeing people in there 20s just drop dead so it isn’t limited to the elderly. They quit isolation in the hospital because everyone is exposed. Also, most of the people are dying from multi system organ failure or cardiac arrest and they don’t know why - even after seemingly improving after treatment. Everyone be safe. Stay at home and watch your 2003 panthers yearbook or maybe write some hate speech in TB.

I’ve saved up a bunch of leftover antibiotics so I think we should be okay.
