I thought I read they’d still be there but as a backup in case of malfunction. So it’s not so much a goodbye as it is they’re being sidelined (I’ll see myself out)

JPJ or Frazier please.

More insight into that presentation Bryce gave to the oline. Bryce’s brain Wofford College, Spartanburg, one night early in Panthers’ training camp, offensive players and coaches in a meeting room, a vital two hours for a new coaching staff and an offense with potentially new players at every skill position. “Pizza and Protections,” it’s called, with a stack of hot pizzas on hand to make it a relaxed setting. How will this offensive line block regular and “exotic” fronts, and what terminology will be used to call it in the huddle? New coaches from different systems— head coach Frank Reich, line coach James Campen, QB coach Josh McCown, coordinator Thomas Brown—have to agree on the details and verbiage and adopt them. Important night. Before the meeting, Campen and McCown approached Reich. “Coach,” McCown said, “do you mind if Bryce facilitates? He wants to do it.” Bryce Young, the rookie quarterback, 22 years old, wanted to run the meeting with 35 players and nine coaches. Reich was stunned to hear this. But he figured, Why not? This guy is more advanced than any rookie I’ve coached. “How’d he do?” I asked. “Phenomenal. Flawless. Flawless. He knew everything,” Reich said. “It was a pretty amazing night.” https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/fmia/news/nfl-training-camp-tua-tagovailoa-panthers-fmia-peter-king?cid=fmiatw

If you could only go to one regular season panthers game this year.
PantherMan89 replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
This. I’m leaning towards the Houston or Indy game. -
I know it’s only day 2 and maybe I’ve missed it but I haven’t seen any mentions of Corral yet.

Was this reported somewhere?

I would add Arizona as a winner. They got a great haul and player.

Would be surprised if this doesn’t happen.

REPORT: Anthony Richardson was Panthers QB #2
PantherMan89 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Joe Person has been saying/insinuating the same for weeks. -
Agreed loved hearing that. Sadly I expect that media narrative will never die whether true or not. I can’t think of a single instance where we’ve heard Tepper overruled a football decision yet we hear this every year.

Jason LaCanfora: Dave Tepper loves Bryce Young
PantherMan89 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Has there been a known time Tepper has overruled anyone on a football decision? Feel like this comes up every year but has not materialized. -
I could get on board with that.

Ryan Poles trying to drive up the cost of the #1 pick
PantherMan89 replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
This may have already been discussed in one of the many QB threads but I wonder how much stock we can put into the AR talk. It seems odd that we’re apparently such an open book in regards to him and Levis when our coaching search was kept under wraps so well. I understand this is different as there are many more people involved (scouts, etc) but do wonder how much can be believed. -

We’ve come a long way from collecting Baylor and Temple cronies.
