Yeah, Ryan Grigson is not building a good team in IND. He is lucky to have Luck who covers a lot of blemishes on the roster but they are not competitive. It's like the focus of IND has always been having a record-breaking QB and not winning SB.

Yes guaranteed money is important but size of the contract is also important. People like Brees, Rodgers etc are going to see out their contracts earning all that guaranteed and more. Winsont will not be wise to be swayed by guaranteed money unless he doesn't trust himself to continue to develop.
