  3. I'm not planning on cutting until the spring so I think it's definitely going to happen. Still only a tiny bit soft around the middle, and not even all the time. When I wake up in the morning, the abs are back.
  4. Chipotle has stopped cooking their pinto beans with bacon. Why would they do such a thing? oh, and 178.
  5. The moment I am satisfied is the moment I stop pushing it. Sad, but that's the way it's happened before when I've gone to the gym. In a year, I hope to be benching 225, squatting 315 and deadlifting 405. Bench and deadlift could definitely happen, starting to get down about the prospects of getting there with the squats, though.
  6. My legs and lower back remain my weakest parts. I always told myself that I didn't want to be a bench=squat person, but here I am, still struggling along. Bench: 175x5 Squat: 175X5 Deadlift: 225X5
  7. 10ish pounds since the start of bulking and actively gaining weight, 15-20 lbs total since I started gymming again. Edit: Another year or so of this and I may be able to defend panthro in the post
  8. So I had an allergic reaction to a bug/spider bite on wednesday and it triggered some of the worst DOMS I've ever had. Every muscle tightened and pain shot down to my toes and fingertips. Oh, and I'm up to 176.4 on the bulk.

  10. Why go out for wings when I can have just pop some tyson anytizers into the oven... frozen, boneless "wyngs" (because they're so awesome you need to spell them with a Y). Best served with a vat of hidden valley ranch while you sit on your couch and pet your five cats and sip-steal your friends' beers.
  11. so I've been sick/had a sinus infection for the last 10 days or so... ... didn't stop me from hitting the gym 4 times in that period. (slack) lost 2.5 pounds. (dammit) but I did find out that physical exertion will do wonders to temporarily open up bad sinus congestion.

  13. my tip is to eat moar track your intake for a week, then bump up your daily calories by 100 until you start gaining around a pound a week. I think I posted something about figuring out the calories you need to bulk earlier in this thread.
