a lot of people like it for its ability to stack with caffeine based preworkouts. So yes

hemavol = basically creatine for me. Wonder what would happen if I took both?

I am starting to get my adonis belt back. But not from losing weight. My obliques and upper thighs are getting more muscular I'm pretty sure my wife married me for it, because I had it when I weighed 145 when we met.

2 workouts using hemavol and it hasn't had any uncomfortable side effects. Helped me lift a little more. Pump was so-so, but I only used 3/4 of a scoop for chest day and 1 scoop for leg day. You can go up to 2 scoops and I plan on building up to that shortly.

I settled on hemavol. I've heard a good amount of buzz about it before, mostly from stim junkies that like to stack it with their stim-based pre. We'll see how it goes. Can't wait. I've been off of creatine for a while, so it's been a while since I've felt a nice pump.

I wish I got the tingles on my arms. Mine typically start at the back of the head and spread down my neck and back. Can be distracting during some exercises.

Here's the profile for Nitric Fuel... Too much BA? Will I want to peel my skin off?

definitely no caffeine and no yohimbine. I don't want my heart to flutter, and also I work out after 9:00 pm, so I don't want to be up all night.

I know this has been discussed in here before, but... Stim-free pre-workouts. Any recommendations? Thinking about Twinlab Nitric fuel. I like the short ingredients list and I know what everything is. Thoughts?

Before I did squats last night, I had to wait on some asshole who was doing alternating sets of dumbbell lunges in the squat rack and calf extensions. He left the dumbbells in the squat rack to mark his territory. At least he wasn't curling 65 pounds though.

Happy international chest day! I'm doing legs today. I like doing leg day on ICD so I can avoid the crowd at the benches. hopefully the squat racks won't be filled with curlbros.

I have switched from mixed grip to double overhand grip on the deadlifts, to some detriment to the total amount I'm lifting. Had been feeling some tension occasionally on my biceps tendon and didn't want to risk injury as I move up in weight. My grip strength is getting better, which is helping me across all of my lifts. I should've done this sooner. My weight is still hovering in the 180 range as I cannot seem to eat enough to go to the next level. I am a leaner 180 than I've ever been, though.

squeezed in my third leg day in 8 calendar days. Soon I'll be squatting a house. Actually I'm getting a little bit of a squat booty, which looks kind of weird on my otherwise skinny frame. Might be able to sit a potted plant on my ass soon.

I doubt going to the doc would resolve much. There's no pain or limit to flexion. The bruise disappears within a day. Maybe I could set an appointment and then go squat the morning before.

So I'm going to try to squeeze in my second leg day of the week. After I squat, I notice that I get some light bruising above my left kneecap. Barely enough pain to notice if you touch it. Is this an indication of some fluid in the knee or perhaps something more serious?

personally, I think if your lower back is bearing most of the stress during your deadlifts, one of three things is happening: 1. your spinal erectors are too weak. Drop your weight down or add in some good mornings or both. 2. you have a previous injury 3. you need to check your form
