A lot depends on how your league is set up and how many people are in it. Is it PPR? If so, then CMC and Eckler must come into play, because those little screen passes/ dump offs will get you hella points every week. Taylor is still probably the #1 consensus pick though and the safest bet. Since you get back to back picks for rounds 2 and 3 you have to pick and choose very wisely. A stud RB in the first and then the best WR/RB/TE combo you can pull in 2 & 3. This is the way.

Man even as an Ole Miss alumni I can't get behind signing him. Such a disappointment in the pros. He's still living off of the hype from his high school national signing day.

OK so I've got the 2nd pick in my fantasy draft this year and it's basically down to CMC, Jonathan Taylor or King Henry as my pick. The league winner had Taylor last year so I'm assuming he's the first pick. It's a PPR league, which is where CMC would feast. But I know I will get absolutely roasted by the rest of the league if I homer out and take him #2 given the injury history (none of that matters and a huge "I told you so" if he can make it a full season of course) Vhat to do Vhat to do.... A lot rides on that pick. What say you, Huddle homer sages?

Our O line is improved, we have an actual OC, and a QB that can stretch a defense (Baker, obviously) Other contenders are Henry, Eckler and maybe Cooper Kupp if you're rolling the dice on a WR

There are internet rumors floating around that Matt Corral will be playing Kang the Conqueror in the next Avengers movie. It will be an easy transition for him, since he transcends both time and space.

bah hahahahaha solid effing point. I would take Huddle whining any day over toxic twitter bots. Maybe Reddit is the echo chamber I need instead (the Panthers subreddit is actually decent most of the time) But the negativity in this place..... it's just too much sometimes. If we start having a losing season the Huddle is one of the first places I stop visiting. Why add to the symphony of negativity in my social media feed? I love me some football but I can emotionally detach from this crap pretty quickly when things go South (that's what being an Ole Miss/NC State fan will do to ya mentally). but sweet baby Jesus it's just the 2nd day of training camp and our own fans are just foaming at the mouths over nothing.

Thank the Maker. Late July / Early August is the absolute worst time of my life at work every year. Training camp, and the hopes and dreams that it carries with it, is one of the few things that gets me through these next few weeks. Let's put this thing together this year and come out with zero significant injuries and minimal drama.
