why would we get rid of Stew or delo when Gettleman just restructured both their contracts? Would it save us money? Are contracts not legally binding? Just wondering.

Used to jump rope in between my weight sets for about 60 seonds- would try to do crossovers every 6- 8 skips - my frigging feet finally gave out on me- plantar faciitis bad - cant jump rope any more Any of you guys over 50 years old?

I agree with you on it all and specially this part which has me the most concerned It will be interesting to see if Rivera has grown at all in his decision making, how Shula does (and if he is an upgrade on Chud) , and if the other RR, Richard Rodgers can finally whip the putrid special teams into a viable unit.
