  1. We love to blame Hurney for every bad move the Panthers make but for some reason we attach Teddy to Rhule and for the life of me I cant understand why. It was such a desperate move and only one person in a decision making role was desperate.
  2. If you want to live in that fantasy world then go for it. But the point is, the 49ers can't get close to as a tractive a package as Miami can for both the team and the player combined
  3. This is why Miami and Carolina are the only options IMO. With Miami being the heavy heavy favoriteWith Miami being the heavy heavy favorite
  4. Assuming theyre doing to so something dumb When there will be more attractive offers on the table is really silly
  5. Yeah that just isn't realistic. Miami can get them the three and Wilson. That's realistic
  6. Houston isn't starting over with Jimmy G. That’s a terrible plan
  7. The picks the assets. How does SF get Houston a new QB? Miami’s assets do
  8. I don't see how we beat Miami with what they can offer and its attractiveness for Watson
  9. Yes, man, both organizations did a terrible job. That's the whole point.
  10. But Cam was intentionally a major part of the run game. We didn't think the Panthers didn't have a run game (most years) while Cam was here. Johnson literally retired early because they were the only options in a terrible franchise. So are you arguing that the Lions did a good job building around their franchise QB? Because the only point my post was making is that they didn't. I'm not arguing who had more weapons.
  11. I'm not comparing Stafford vs Cam’s weapons. I'm comparing the similarities in the two poorly built franchises. Stafford’s weapons may have been better but they weren't good. They've had one 1K rusher and terrible Ds Edit: outside of Megatron there isn't a star on your list. And the RB list is a joke. Coaches are bad too
  12. Does one WR help turn a franchise into a winner? Real question: do you think the Lions did a good job building around Stafford?
  13. I wanted to post this too. We complain Cam got no help (he didn't) and then say Stafford isn't good or hasn't won as a reason to not go after him.
  14. Ha! Great line! The only thing I know for sure is they're very aware that they can't roll with the same QB room from 2020. Where the new body or bodies come from I'm not sure and I’d just be guessing like us all. Depends on how the conversations for the available vets go first, it seems.
  15. The Panthers have had a top 10 QB for ~6 seasons of their existence. Stafford is still that.
  16. If the Lions have the 7th and 8th picks that gives them the best chance to package them to move up if needed and it sure seems like they are going to need to get to three for Wilson. No other team (rumored to be in the mix) can offer them a higher pick. The Lions aren't going to ruin their chances at a top QB so Stafford can pick the Steelers or Colts.
  17. Sitting on it for nine months? It's really not that hard to understand....it was the first time I saw a conversation about who was responsible for the signing. There’s no pushback from me. I couldn't care any bit less if “MasterAwesome” on the Huddle wants to believe the truth or live in an alt-universe. I can assure you having your validation means jack poo to me. You can talk poo about me, Joe, whoever all you want...it’s fun watching you bend over backwards to prove how clueless you are.
  18. I hate to throw a wrench in your Q theory but my conversations about TB/Hurney happened at the time of the signing not when Hurney was fired. This place is fuging weird
  19. Oh. Usually the Raiders is used for bad trade jokes. Someone said NE or Cincy. I semi-buy those as options but still extremely doubtful
