Since Rhule was in charge of everything, I have no idea how to evaluate Fitt, Morgan and the scouting staff. But addition by subtraction is definitely in play.

And the offense was still terrible and the team was losing. Another injury and he would have been worthless to us and anyone else. I hate this, I hate that this team is so bad. But probably a very good deal. Also remember, Rhule will not be in charge of everything when the draft rolls around. Has to be very hard to the not only the best player but a great player on an awful team. He handled that well. I am still sad but I am happy for Christian. The Niners should have a great offense and they have so much talent that CMC will not have to carry the team. May extend his career. Hope so. This season was/is sucking no matter what. IIRC, when McD and Beam went to Buffalo they made some unpopular trades, trading away good and popular players. Tough decisions that seems to to paying off.

Fitt said he would always listen. Not the same as he is trying to trade someone. Teams thinking the Panthers are looking to dump players. Not. They could get a discount on players from Temple and Baylor though....lol.

Also, not sure if this has been said, besides the injuries for the Rams-Oline is a mess-they are on their 4th center-there is also some dysfunction. Cam Akers not playing because he does not like the way he has been used. He and the coach not getting along. A good time to get the Rams.

I am still so pumped by the Tenn/Bama game yesterday (raised in TN)...I believe anything can happen. I am not on the tank for the #1 pick train. I am a fan and want to see some wins and success. This is a new day. And just a reminder, QB's picked #1 are not always the most successful QB's in the NFL. It seems they often turn out to be disappointments. So let's see some players and coaches step up and start to turn this ship around.
