I don't want to give up too much for a QB. That results in not being able to get the pieces around him that will help him be successful. How many high draft pick QBs have gone to bad teams and then struggled? I am going to trust our new staff to evaluate and find good talent at the QB position, as well as other positions and ..then develop them. We might have to be patient. As good as he is, Andy sat Mahomes for a year.

Police said that at about 6:10 a.m., officers responded to reports of a man banging on doors. The location given by police was a community of townhomes near downtown Dallas. Last week, Bennett told reporters that he would be training for his pro career in Fort Worth, Texas.

There was no one who wanted to be the coach of the Panthers more than Steve Wilks but it looks like Reich was right there behind him. It is interesting how many people have ties to this area. So nice for Reich that he now has all his family together. I am getting the impression that he will have a very good staff. Now, if he can just get the right QB this will be an amazing hire. The Panthers will be set for years to come.

The media never knows much about the Panthers. They gloss over headlines. Seem never to know anything about the details. Plus...controversy is click bait.

I heard it a little differently. he said that is the 1st thing he wanted to do but that it would be difficult since everyone is scattered. He said there will be a few he can meet. He did not sound like he would hold anything up for that. 2nd on the list was staff, but does not have to finish #1 to start on #2.

Reich was saddled with a fruitcake of an owner. Panthers have been saddled with what's his name for the past few years. Decisions were being made about personnel at both teams by people who did not know what they were doing. I am excited to see what Fitts and Morgan can do with a clean start and actually able to do their job. I am excited to see what Reich can do. Head coaches probably take their 1st HC job because they want to be a HC. If there is a 2nd chance they are pickier about the situation. I think Fitt and Reich will work well together. Hopefully Tepper sits back and lets the football guys do their jobs. I think he will be happy with the results.

Go for it Falcons. Aurthur Smith will be looking for a job this time next year.
