Got the stupid mistakes out of the way last week and gave Seattle the game. Today is about making a statement. Looking for a big win. Offense gets 4 TD's Defense and ST get 1 each. GO PANTHERS!!!!!!!!

Front 7 gets credit for that IMO. Not the secondary. Geez Zod, they did not break up 1 pass, whiffed on a couple of tackles. Not fair to the front 7 to say the secondary was as good as they were. Give the front 7 an A+ but the other guys have lots of work to do.

Not happy that the secondary did not make a single play in pass coverage. Not one.

Russell Wilson...25 of 33 for 320 yds. You tell me. Just saying...you can spin this how you want. Front 7 was very good. The rest of the D was noodle like. Would that have been enough if Olsen did not end drives with drops and DWill not fumble? Yes. But, did not change the fact the pass coverage sucked.

Zod-does not mean that you do not call out the secondary for their role in this.

The small stuff cost us the game. Overall grade on D is too high. Front 7...ok, but secondary sucked. I suspect you just want to blame the loss on Shula.

Sure we do. We should all believe in out team...that is the beauty of the beginning of the season. You are one of the better posters here from an opposing team. I laughed at the "welcomeish." You understand I have to give you a bit of a hard time in the name of sport....mostly motivated by others who preceded you. I am sure it will be a very good game and I love this one as the first one. A great test for us and a great start if we win. I will be there expecting the best.

Wow....so many Seahawks fans here. Welcome to the Huddle (well not really). A couple of them are semi respectful. (Semi props for that.) Not surprising they believe their team will win. I believe the Panthers will win. Why would I want to go to a Seahawks forum and say that? I have much better things to do with my time. Who in the hell wants to pick a fight with fans (short for fanatics you know). I am a bit amused by that sideways built in excuse if they lose....time difference...10 am game...... Did they not tell the team in advance and give them time to prepare? In my world, I am fully functional at 10am. Just does not seem like a big deal. My prediction....Seahawks and their fans are going to be unhappy, but loaded with excuses come Sunday about 4:15 (that would be 1:15 left coast time...is this when you usually wake up?) This will not be the same Panthers team you saw last year. This is Team Gettlemen. This is a mission. D will destroy. O will click and score. That is a pretty intense look from RR....love it. I believe he will be a better coach this year. The Seahawks will be surprised...and defeated this time next week.

This is a new year and it will start off well. Love getting The Notice 1 week in advance. Time to believe.

Adam Schein has been a Panther hater since he predicted the Panthers to will the SB the year after they lost the SB to NE...and the Panthers made him look stupid. Schein knows nothing about the Panthers, save what he reads in headlines. He drools over the big market teams. His opinion means nothing because he has no idea what he is talking about.
