He was also found dead in his home when he did not report to work. Covered a lot of sports. Tough times at the Observer, and especially for those 2 families. Some devastating background: Beloved Charlotte Observer photographer David T. Foster III was found dead in his home at age 52 on May 24. Eight days later, we found out Rick Bonnell had also passed away.

Even more impressive that Darnold has yet to say anything negative. -

There is a out of the way BBQ restaurant in the middle of nowhere in East TN that I have known people to drive over 2hours for..even from NC. I am from TN...never knew it to be known for BBQ. You just have to find the gems. -

Agree. I was struck by how collaborative the process seemed with Fit seeking opinions from everyone in the room. Of course, with the preparation they had done there was not likely to be any surprises. Fitterer looks to be a great leader. Did not see any ego. A lot of teamwork. Also agree with whoever said that he and Rhule appear to be very comfortable with each other. Re Tepper-thought he looked like he wanted to be one of the guys....lol. Very well done and a lot of fun to watch. -

Sam Darnold talks about The Adjust To Charlotte And The Panthers
ladypanther replied to KatsAzz's topic in Carolina Panthers
I like this guy. Really pulling for him..1st of course because he is a Panther but also he seems like a decent person. He went through a bad experience an no-one can get him to say anything negative. That is unique. -
I did not realize that the repair to TJ's heart would give him such a short time. What a weird irony....the man he was named after had a life saving heart transplant a few years ago. I sure hope the same for TJ. What a horrible thing for that family to have to go through.

Ron "learning from his mistakes" in Carolina
ladypanther replied to ladypanther's topic in Carolina Panthers
lol...not our problem now. That article was about a vet he cut. Of course.....he has no real connection/history with the vets in Washington. Time will tell. But I do think it is interesting that he said it. I do think that Ron needed a good GM. Obviously he did not have that here. The fact that he brought Hurney to Washington should be very concerning to the no names. -

Just curious...has Foxy ever said that he learned from his mistake(s)...or that he ever made one? -
