  1. Idk I guess when you see them lined up like that in this photo the size difference isn’t all that crazy. And who knows maybe Bryce can still grow a little taller. I’m sure we’ll get him the tallest shoes he can wear.
  2. Would be dope to have Cam here instead of Dalton.
  3. Brees only got a SB because the refs played storymode with his career. He was a stat padder who choked more often than he should.
  4. Hell yeah I love this. I’ve always been a Byrd fan. He’s a lot better than has been given credit for. Should have been a drafted player. Elite speed and good returner.
  5. We Panther fans have been lucky to experience excellence at the MLB position. Sam Mills Dan Morgan Jon Beason Luke Keuchly Even guys like Chris Draft and now Frankie Luvu gave us a decent level of play. Luke is the GOAT and had concussions not been a problem he probably would cemented #1 all time by now. Does make you wonder what could have been with Dan Morgan, very similar player to Luke. Not quite as cerebral as but maybe had an edge athletically and was more of a ruthless player.
  6. Maybe but I also think that reveals a lot about his ceiling. I think a lot of QBs probably have the mental ability to play the game but they simply don’t have the reaction time and the physical traits to overcome the NFL caliber defense. If smarts was all it took then Fitzpatrick should be the best in the game and he’s obviously not.
  7. I mean im on the Stroud train as well but I feel like this isn't the best example. It looks like an obvious adjustment that any competent QB should be able to make.
  8. I'm not just concerned about the hits on his shoulder. I'm worried about how long he'll have the juice to make the necessary throws. He's having to torque his arm and his body a lot more than bigger guys to deliver the same throws. The sheer number of reps may take a toll on him. Like a baseball pitcher.
  9. Could also be if they had any success it would invalidate Ron as a coach even further. Ron is just a less talented rah rah version of John Fox that learned how to go for it on 4th down.
  10. If we took AR I would be supportive. We just signed the deepest coaching staff in the NFL. If they can’t coach the kid into maximizing his abilities then we got the wrong staff.
  11. I just listened to the whole thing, and it wasn't nearly as bad as what Shannon Sharpe or what anyone here has said.
  12. No matte silver is silver with a flat clear coat. It could look more or less aluminum grey depending on the grain of flake they would use. Either of these as our helmet color would be badass.
  13. I feel like his best opportunity would come from the Falcons, Baltimore, or Dolphins.
  14. DJ had a great start to be our all time leading WR. (I didn’t say best, that’s Smitty). He’s a total professional. I hate that we had to let him go. I don’t think he’s even at his peak yet. That said. A WR needs a QB to throw the ball. So we did what we had to do.
  15. Not bad but I don’t like ditching dual logos on the helmets. I also prefer some kind of striping on the shoulders . That’s just me though
  16. Matte Silver was the way to go on the helmets. I fear we’re gonna get some over designed crap
  17. Got a bad feeling they are going to botch it and it will look like poo.
  18. Here's my thing though. How much of that elite processing was forged out of necessity? Typically, the mental side of the game is the big unlock/next step for QB's to take their game to the next level. If Young is already doing that then I think it's reasonable to think he might be near his peak already. He has to put a lot of effort into this throws and he doesn't have a big cannon for deep throws. I fear this guy getting roughed up and having shoulder problems from the sheer amount of reps. Not just injury potential but the grind of the game. I also think his deep drop backs are a concern for our tackles and play designs.
