Good qbs make olines better but to be fair theres only a handful of qbs in the league right now that could make this line work. They are really fuging bad.

Tepper wants a franchise qb. He wanted fields. And now he wants Watson. He seems to be the only person in this org that values a franchise qb. He should probably start meddling or get a new staff that values it as much as him.

I was in a hypothetical conversation with someone else. Like what I would do not what Rhule is gonna do.

This next season is fuged regardless. I said if I had to pick a qb at six it would be Malik with the plan to get a new staff to groom him. If rhule is longterm here no way would I want him grooming Malik.

Also another thought is Darnold is that Rosen that can lead us to a kyler Murray. Why not just roll with him, draft a blue chip lineman? Something to think about.

If we’re throwing darts at the board as far as qbs I take Malik with a coach like Hackett. Dude has all the talent in the world just needs to be coached up.

My only pause at drafting a qb this year is this staff absolutely sucks at evaluating qbs. I’d rather they take a more sure thing lineman, get fired and let the new staff draft the qb.

Just remember that Joe Brady had 4 1k yards from scrimmage players his first year as an OC with Teddy bridgewater and then was given the worst line in the league with the worst starting qb in the league. my guess is he’s a really quality coach, whose young and needs to grow but will find success in the pros if given an opportunity without literally the worst most important pieces on offense.
