​i think its gonna be less than that THIS year. usually the cap hits are larger in the latter years. this makes sense because you expect him to progress later on in the contract. you are paying cam for what he is and what you expect him to become. If gettle is paying him over 100 mill. He expects him to be a top 10 top 5 qb by the last few years of his contract. Then you give him another extension. this is how it's done boys. and we may have saved a good bit of money signing him now instead of letting him play out his 5th year option healthy and with more weapons then he has ever had.

I don't think he is rookie year Martin but he's not terrible. That qb play affected the run game tremendously. Martin is talented.
