Josh can be considered a core player. And yes he is worth it. All that stuff you were babbling on about his character and impact were the ramblings of an emo 12 year old. Josh was a 5th round pick, he's had to climb his way to the top in every single program he has been in. Anyone who says anything about Josh wanting his market value and being upset about a long term contract need to look in the mirror and ask themselves that very question in their own job markets. My guess is the ones who question Josh's integrity and character still live in mommas basement and use daddy's credit card.

Also DG said in his presser that Norman and Ealy are hardheaded types of people. I think that speaks to them being hard to coach. He said Ron and his staff really had to get those two to believe that the coaching staff wanted the best from them on and off the field. It was a trust thing, I guess. i do think we will see a jump from Ealy. I'm not talking about 15 sacks or anything but you will see him flash more as the game slows down for him. Getting more reps as a starter won't hurt either.

Look at the tape. He is 6"6' 260lbs and runs a 4.5 40. No qb has ever ran with that style like that ever. Mayyyyyybe elway but not even really close at all. 3. Cam can make all the throws with anticipation, finesse, speed, and precision. It had been on display this entire season. Watch the games, y'all haven't I know. The shoddy mechanics are overblown. He does throw off his back foot occasionally when lineman are in his face but to act like he does this 95% of the time is retarded and you sound retarded.
