I don’t understand caring this much. I can see it being slightly annoying if you have Panthers gear on from head to toe and the colors don’t exactly match. but that 4corners poster has some truly awful takes. Harbinger level bad takes. I’m mid 30s and rock baseball caps every day. People think it’s weird when I don’t have one on at this point.

I’m not saying he’s a super athlete but I like to see qbs that have played other sports and played them well. For instance Mahomes was a star baseball pitcher and got drafted after HS. RW was in the minor leagues with the Tourists. Lance was a baseball player in HS as well. I like to see QBs who are well rounded athletes. I honestly think there is something to QBs who played baseball and played it well.

I would do three firsts and cmc right fuging now, no questions. here is my reasoning, it’s actually two firsts because deshaun is the first round pick we’d be selecting in the 2021 draft. Matt Rhule and this coaching staff are suppose to be these great developer of players. They look for athletes with measurables and coach them up. That’s what they were known for at Baylor and Temple. Taking lesser recruits who are athletically gifted and turning them into great football players. That’s what you need if you are without firsts round picks for the next two years. Make Rhule earn that 60 million contract. My one question is what happens to the cap if we trade cmc? Do we get hit with a fugton of dead cap or do the Texans take that along with him.

His durability is my main concern but the dude has all the arm talent. Been reading up on him and basketball was actually his sport of choice in high school. He was dunking as a junior. He’s more athletic than he gets credit for.

Don’t pay running backs second contracts. Especially ones used at the volume that cmc is used. What we saw this year with missing all these games will more than likely be the norm for him going forward. It’s just the way it is with rbs. This franchise overvalues positions like rb and linebacker. That contract is terrible. And we signed him way too early. we have plenty of weapons around for deshaun to be effective. We can also draft more.

You have to pay solid lineman big money nowadays because it’s hard to even get solid lineman anymore. There is a lack of talent. Moton is good /great. We need him.

Matt Ryan is 220lbs. I dunno Wilson just looks frail to me kind of like Kyle Allen. For comparison trey Lance is 225 but it’s all in his legs. He could play at 235-240 and be fine. I don’t think Wilson could bulk up much. Just something to think about. I am not doubting his arm talent. It’s big time. We desperately need to beef up this oline regardless of who we draft. But drafting a qb who is 210 and us missing on oline picks would be a disaster.

Anyone else worried about Wilson’s frame? 6’3” 209 lbs? That’s bridgewater size. Other than that Wilson has the tools to be a great nfl qb.

Because he played at north Texas. This dude is a freak and will probably go 3rd-5th round just because of his size. Has elite speed, twitch and solid hands. Reminds me of tyreek hill. Apparently has an incredible work ethic and is captain material. he can be the starting punt returner day 1 and work in the slot. He’s electric.

I think he can next season and probably the next if he has the right team around him. They have a ton of FA this offseason but their gonna wreck their cap for the next couple seasons to stay in this window.

Tampa is going to be really annoying for the next couple of years. this makes me want to just slow roll this rebuild. We won’t be able to compete against Tampa until the all star squad is done

his game vs Delaware is a good game to watch and why people are excited about him. 2:44 that throw off the play action on the run with tight coverage is big time. That’s an elite nfl throw. He makes wow type throws every game. He just needs time, practice and nfl coaching to get the best from him.

Yeah. I’ve said this before he’s my fav player outside of the panthers to watch but look what happened when his oline gets injured and they play backups. Not saying he wouldn’t still be good, he would be, but he would not be putting up these numbers on different orgs or going to the playoffs every year. Situations (teams) matter and how you build around your qb. KC was the perfect spot for him.
