Teddy won’t give us a chance at Howell. And if Howell is the #1 pick next year he’s going to a franchise qb needy team. They won’t trade out of that pick.
-
We’ll take parsons because panthers.
-
Lance would thrive in SF
-
Not only that but if we don’t get the top pick you think the team that does will just give him up? I try not to converse with harbingers because he is so big brain dumb. Sam Howell is a pipe dream. There were 4 legitimate franchise qb prospects this draft . We gotta hope for someone non Howell to be the guy while picking in probably 10-15 range.

People like this really do not fuging get it.
-
If trey goes to the 49ers he will thrive big time.
-
49ers are in a much better position to do this though. They have talent all over the field. They desperately need a franchise qb to take them over the top.
-
If we draft Mac Jones and pass on a franchise LT I’m gonna have to stay away from this sport for awhile.
-
Trey Lance is our only legitimate shot at a QB this year. I’d just chill and hope he falls if not get a franchise LT. Someone is gonna trade up and snag Lance before our 8 more than likely though.
-
Yes. There is a very good chance. 49ers are about to draft one. You don’t trade up like that unless you are going after a franchise qb. If the jets draft a QB too. We’re fuged. That’s 3 gone in the first 3 picks.

Please stop drafting linebackers in the top 10

I like the defensive moves and the contracts for those guys. offensively we seemed to target two oft injured, mediocre lineman very very early in FA period which is kind of head scratching. Not a fan of those contracts but they aren’t back breaking or anything but it’s almost like we panicked. I’m expecting a heavy oline draft, if not, yikes. They talked about getting younger on the offensive side so we’ll see. I’m not a fan of restructuring contracts. But fitts commented on that he isn’t either but did it because of the unusual cap this year. Either way I would’ve liked to have seen us not do that. If this is a continuation over the next several seasons I won’t be too happy with it. But it’s way too early to pass a judgement grade on him. Need several seasons of FA/draft.

Please don’t let us draft this guy

You’re jumping into a conversation where someone asked me why they would cut him when I said I could see the Texans cutting him if there is damning evidence that gets leaked to the public or indictments come down. I used the example of the Patriots cutting Hernandez two hours after his indictment/arrest.
-
It doesn’t matter. You need evidence to convict in criminal court.
-
You are looking at this like he’s already guilty. This all depends on if they have damning evidence. Not just text screenshots that say “sorry about earlier.” That doesn’t do anything. The lawyer says they do but that lawyer is also a liar and total freak show. If they don’t have evidence this turns into a he said/she said situation. I think Watson's camp needs to slow roll this as long as possible unless they know there is evidence. If there is than I could see them coming out and saying Watson has an addiction or whatever. But you don’t come out and say that until you know for sure they have evidence. It’s an extremely fuged up situation. I just hope none of this is true for everyone’s sake.
-
PR. If he’s indicted on multiple counts of sexual assault/rape with damning evidence which the lawyer says they have. I don’t trust that shady lawyer but if they actually do Texans will more than likely cut him. And if there are indictments then they more than likely have damning evidence. I know this is a much higher degree of criminality but the Patriots cut Aaron Hernandez two hours after he was arrested for murder. If the reports are true about Watson forcing oral sex, ejaculating on massage therapists, forcing sexual touching, etc. he could be looking at a very looooooong time in prison. Multiple counts that hold decades in prison. with that said Watson deserves to be looked at as innocent until proven guilty. He has a spotless record and is known to be a very good person but that PR could change very quickly with whatever gets put out to the public.
-
At this point I think Watson is gonna end up facing criminal charges along with the exempt list. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the Texans flat out cut him when those indictments happen. It is looking that way based off what I’ve read.

I wonder why they didn’t show the numerous times he didn’t put his back leg out like that hmmm
