So if we signed someone like Terron Armstead you wouldn’t change your mind? I’m not saying we should do this I’m saying I see this staff on the hot seat not wanting to wait for a rookie LT to develop. Not hedging their bets on it.

They don’t have a qb and I doubt a rookie they draft will come in and be successful day 1. Ben is done.

I’m gonna guess they’re gonna sign a legit LT in FA. If they don’t then yeah maybe they will go LT with the pick. If not trade back draft the center from Iowa and get that additional first for next year. Then we could package those for a qb next year if need be.

I have a feeling we’re gonna be picking top ten again next year. So a top ten pick plus a mid round first would be great with a new staff imo. I get it though. Sam sucks. He’s never going to be the long term answer. If rhule is here next year I hope he starts Sam again because he will fail spectacularly. Darnold is the worst starting qb with clean pockets over the past 4 years.

If rhule is fired and we get real nfl coaching I’d take Malik. If rhule is here I’d rather they trade down and pick oline. If we’re in the midteens with a trade down, run to the podium for that center from Iowa. I’m gonna guess rhule isn’t gonna make it after year 3 so let the new staff draft a qb.

I’d take that trade if Matt gets another year. A new staff with two first rounders in 2023 would be awesome.

It’s not even about the record for me. We look worse this year than last with any easier schedule this year. I normally agree about giving coaches 3 years as long as you’re seeing something after 2 even if the record doesn’t show that. We flat out suck and look lifeless. He needs to go now.

That’s sigchi. He left awhile ago after people trashed him for telling what he heard. He wasn’t related to peppers he knew someone who is related.

He might have already told him it’s over which is all that needs to be done to get the head start on candidates. He doesn’t technically need to be terminated this week just informed he is after the seasons conclusion. I would’ve done it now but there is some reason in having him finish it out because we only have like 3 coaches who aren’t tied to rhule to interim the final two games. the only thing that gives me a sense of confidence is both fitterer and Morgan are nfl guys. They’ve been in the league for years and been around a ton of different coaches who have had success. And I’m guessing they will have big time input on the next coach.
