His tape backs up his combine. He’s a silky smooth thrower, incredibly accurate. All the questions I had about him making plays off platform with pressure were answered decisively in the Georgia game. I prefer CJ over Bryce but I’d be happy with either.

People should not downplay dj. He is criminally underrated on this site. It sucks bad but I get it. We need a franchise qb. We better have draft plans or another trade for a receiver because tmj as the #1 isn’t going to cut it for next year.

That’s a problem given his age and the systems he’s ran out of college. I will root for him if we draft him obviously but he is the last one I want out of the top 4 projected.

If Levis isn’t ready to start after playing in pro style systems and being 24 when the season starts then we shouldn’t draft him. All 3 should start day 1. AR is the only one of the top projected 4 if we drafted that should sit half a season or more.

No one is trading out of their pick for Caleb Williams or Drake Maye if they are the next big prospect. They’re drafting those qbs. And we’re not drafting 1 or 2. It’s time. This is the perfect opportunity with the bears having the #1 pick and not needing a qb or Arizona at #3.

Comparing AR to cam is unfair. Cam was a total freak show and won a national championship with a team that only had like 2 or 3 other drafted players if I remember correctly. Cam was that team. Looked like he was playing children at times. AR has shown Cam type flashes but he was nowhere near what cam was coming out. That said I’d take him at 9 or move up a bit if we think another team is gonna grab him ahead of us. He has elite tools and this is a great staff to develop him. If he busts he busts. These are the type of shots we need to take.

Also it’s gonna take huge fuging balls for someone to draft him #1. I don’t see that happening. I could see Bryce not being the #1 qb drafted just because of his size. Think people would be more comfortable with stroud. I would be shocked if AR is the first qb off the board.

ARs footwork is better than what is being described in this thread. He’s just inconsistent with it but there’s a lot of tape out there showing him being nimble and feeling pressure in the pocket and making great decisions with his feet. Again just inconsistent and raw.

i live in wi and the packers fanbase here cant stand him. and its not just because of recent "jared leto vibes" thing. He's a top 5 qb but shrinks in big games. we would 100% be playoff bound with him at qb next year though. id rather we just drafted a talented qb in r1 but out of all the rumored veteran options with carr, lamar and rodgers id take rodgers. DJ would have like 1500 yards and 10 tds lol. we have a lot of connections here with campen and capers that would make him feel comfortable probably. rodgers loves campen.

yeah. grohl is super talented. dont get me wrong i like nirvana i just never understood the hype as like one of the greatest bands of all time. kurt definitely had a cool detached anti authority vibe going on that spoke to a lot of people during that time period. i also didnt know until recently that kurt was working for the melvins and was actually fired as a producer lol. melvins dont get enough love. those early 90s albums they put out were incredible. i saw them live right before covid hit for my bday and they still got it. they played queen off stoner witch and the place went absolutely bonkers.

I think jar of flies was AiC’s best album and it was an EP. It’s the kind of album a more mature band puts out decades into their career. It’s mind blowing. They made that album after getting evicted from their apartment while on tour and were sleeping in the studio. They wrote it in a week. Really special band.

I never liked pearl jam much but I did like that soundtrack vedder did for the movie “into the wild.” Alice In Chains was always the band for me that came out during that time period. Layne was an alien.
