I don’t really care. the fact he wanted Mahomes and Lamar is good. Maybe he can sway this staff to get a good qb at the very least. All I really care about now is getting a franchise qb within the next 3 years.

Lance was always a long term project. You could debate you shouldn’t trade 3 firsts for that but he’s got an excellent coaching staff and situation in San Francisco. His play this year reminded me of Josh Allen’s first year in Buffalo. Accuracy issues mixed in with some throws that only like 5 qbs in the league can make and good movement in and out of the pocket. They’re similar qbs imo. Some of these guys need time to figure they’re poo out. Obviously some never do but Lance has all the talent in the world and is highly motivated. I think it’s basically known it’s his team next year and Jimmy is done.

Way too early to call it suspect when people knew he was gonna need to sit for a year or two. He’s already shown flashes in spot duty. Gonna be pretty crazy if he plays up in Green Bay this weekend tho with Jimmy injured.

Not sure if he’s had the worst possible results at his stops. I know he took the giants O from one of the worst to average to top 10. This is just an average hire to me.

I hope it happens just for the epic meltdowns from panther fans. It would be highly entertaining.

My guess is they try to shore up the line and see how he does next year. I hope we lose every single game if that’s the case. Gets him fired and a #1 pick with a new staff that Tepper hopefully gets right this time.

He keeps mentioning “he’s still a young quarterback” but who knows. I mean they played Darnold the last couple of games over Cam so its not a stretch to say they think they can still develop him.

Not only that but it’s gonna be years before they decide he’s not the guy. “He just needs more time. He’s learning and growing.” Think about what rhule keeps saying about Darnold.

I honestly don’t care about him at ecu. He was the HC not a coordinator. What he did as OC at Maryland is not good. It sounds like he really excels as a pro positional coach. Wish this was a legit staff and we brought him in for the WR coach position because I think he could do wonders for that group, especially terrace and shi. Hopefully at the very least he makes that group better.

Dude sounds like an awesome WR coach. Too bad his last time as an OC was in Maryland 2019-2020 where they ranked 109th and 83rd. 11th of 14 both years in the big ten.

My guess is mcAdoo is too much for rhule personality wise. if we hire this dude it confirms nobody wants to work with rhule. This will be rhules last year.
