Part of being a good head coach is knowing your personells strenghths and weaknesses. Ron has proven time and time again that he doesnt when it matters most. As a cam supporter like yourself, you should realize he doesnt trust Cam like he should. You can only blame the players execution so much with this.much talent on the team. RR puts blame on everybody else but himself morr oftrn than not. He is weak

shotty coaching decisions like most recently the Bills is the biggest reason why he has the deck against him. Personnel has been atrocious in the past but he has made some incrediblly idiotic decisions late in games. And the record proves that. You can only blame the players for so long

once again the comments he made you took out of context. I like his pedigree and that he actually has a plan in place. you didnt like the beason move because of film room study. you find anything and everything to fault instead of looking at the other side of the situation. that is your m.o. you can call it anything else but there are positives and negatives to every situation. you look at the negatives.

it's actually smart the more i think about it. this is what i was talking about when we hired DG. it starts from the top with him. rivera is a players coach. if the players wanna see Rivera stay they have to perform. If Rivera wants to stay he better put the peddle to the metal. It can be viewed as a distraction or motivation. It will show what kind of coach RR is. And lets be honest we've played our best ball when Rivera has been on the hot seat.

i'm going to die laughing if he ends the year with close to or around 1k yards and 6-8 tds. all on a 1 year 1 mill contract for a guy that was given up on teams because they didn't have a qb that can take advantage of his speed (arm strength). What a steal if that happens.
