  1. It's times like this that I realize I need to dial back on my fandom a bit. I read the the news and thought I was going to vomit. Hope for the best but expect the worst. Get well soon KB.
  2. Boykin has played well apparently. At least that's what Jeremy has said.
  3. i know the hype train is alive and well but dont count out brockel http://www.panthers.com/media-vault/videos/Play-of-the-Day-Richie-Brockel/7a8d2239-5e92-43ec-8699-b307cc070573
  4. apparently cam spoke to the entire team about coming together after practice.
  5. Please don't be older than 12 OP.
  6. is he better than Oher. Because we're talking about this season. That's all that matters. His weight doesn't
  7. some of those people he listed are top tier LT's. are you expecting any rookie to come in and dominate? None of the top talent tackles that were drafted this year are doing well in camp this far. Look, I don't know if Williams is the answer or poo even if he will be given a shot. But talking about a 327lb guy can't play LT is naive. We just need someone to protect Cams blindside adequately. Cam can masks some things. But if Williams is serviceable I don't think DG will rest easier. He's still going to be looking for studs at all positions minus QB and MLB. I guess I don't really see what your point is? Gross was prototypically too short at 6'4" for some folks, but he made it work.
  8. and this is what seattle does and a big part of why they are so successful.
  9. we can get pretty creative with him on the field in goal line packages with cam, stewart, tolbert and benji and funch on the outside. and olsen either blocking or running a bootleg pass...lots of different options. thats a fuging nightmare to defend. I think he needs to prove he can catch out of the backfield. We are going to have to smash people in the mouth with our line if oher is suspect in pass pro.
  10. i'm honestly shocked by some of the comments here about Kony and by well-respected posters. He flashed last year. Beating Joe Thomas for the sack with his first step quickness. Containing Marshawn in the playoffs (two notable, impressive stops). He was impressive in spurts for a rook. Kony is not Greg Hardy and probably never will be. He doesn't have that type of athleticism. But he can be a CJesque type of player for us. And that would kick major ass. Give the dude time. I know we desperately want another 10+ sack rusher on the line but we can be ok with a healthy rotation of Addison/Kony/Alexander/Horton.
  11. he was not complete ass last year. And for the record he made some plays against Seattle in the playoffs. I rewatched it last week. And he jumped out a few times.
  12. Dat 40 doe. dude is the most athletic receiver on the team.
  13. I would take some experience however bad. Collins has had some success. Martin never has really. If he's cheap why not? If we have to throw in a udfa rookie if oher goes down it would be 2014 all over again.
  14. i like wilson a lot and i don't really blame him for wanting to get paid. i get his thought process: he wants to be compensated for what he did in the past (the superbowl INT and the 4 INT game are not indicative of his overall performances) since he was a 3rd round pick and for what he will do in the future. BUT turning down 21 million a year is fuging ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if they let him walk. Seahawks management are not dumb dumbs
  15. i'm close to 30 and had participation trophies growing up. and ended up played college ball. what in the hell is the problem here? To me ages 3-7 or 8 should be about learning the game and having FUN. If they like the game, have them keep playing in competitive leagues. it's not that hard to understand. Too many parents trying to live vicariously through their children. it's sickening.
  16. fair enough. Although I don't think Love is an answer.
  17. then why does the coaching staff have him penciled in at FS?. I'm down with a potential Earl Thomas type of player no doubt. It's not just about Star and Short though. Our line's success depends heavily on rotation to keep the hogs fresh. Cole and Dwan are about done. We might even see some of that deterioration in their play this upcoming season. IDK. We gotta keep this line fresh with young talent in order to see our ridiculously talented LB core shine to the best of their abilities. Remember what happened when Star sucked during that stretch? Keek got washed out and badly by OG's
  18. firstly boston is a FS not a SS secondly how are keek, davis, thompson going to roam free if the talent isn't there on the dline? and i'm gonna say keep Star.
  19. who do you pick if you have to choose between Star and KK to pay? it's a tough question.
